Say what you will about Rodgers, but last year was the first year in a long time where there wasn’t any drama on the offensive side or as a team in general. Everyone fell in line and did their job. Sure there was the DK and the fan thing, but there was no internal bickering. Was it him? Can’t say for sure, but I’m certain he had a hand in keeping the ship steady

    And there it is.

Expect to hear it announced that he has signed by Monday.

Mason Rudolph and NOT Will Howard..... Interesting???

You just have to wonder if the Steelers could start a season without a backup QB that has ever taken a single snap in an NFL game.

It's the mustache. Will has too much of a baby face to roll with the stache riders

I figured Rodgers would be re-signed by the start of OTAs, no surprise here.

Even if the actual signing takes longer, I think most of us see it as a foregone conclusion.

Yup but all we can do is hope that having more than one WR and a better designed offense will lead to more wins and maybe create some magic in the playoffs.

Realistically, he is a placeholder and we are picking around 20 again and Allar or Howard step in next season or they know neither one has what it takes and they draft one in the first round in what should be a good QB class.

I just think another year older and he will want to get hit even less than last. Any team with a competent pass rush will swallow him up. I agree we have a better WR room and offensive minded HC and that will hopefully help.

Hopefully better than just another wash-rinse-repeat season.

Best case scenario, for this year. IMO, anyway. I'm stoked to have AR with us one more year.

Hopefully the line is top notch and can protect him most of the season but you’re right, there will be games that a dominant front is going to wreck his game even more than most QBs.

It can't hurt to have Allar learn from a vet QB who is willing to help teach.

About time he put all this chatter to rest. Plus, I don't think Ben or Mason will make the roster this year.

I think he got us to about 15th in the league in points with not much help. I dunno, give that dude someone to throw to and a line to protect him, hmmm, I gotta go with Arod. He still needs that quick lil receiver to dump it off to in a rush, that I would’ve addressed unless Wilson suddenly gets it together. He’s still Aaron Frick n Rodgers and he can still hoist that ball.

If they keep 6 WRs Ben will probably make the team, he's one of their better special teams players.
