The Steelers have a new head coach and a brand new offense. That means every quarterback needs to be locked in for OTAs starting this week. To learn the offense. Aaron Rodgers — this means you! I’m tired of the endless drama and the “will he or won’t he” act. He has gone dark again. At 42, and turning 43 this year Aaron is one-year rental for 2026. Either be all in or move on. The wait-and-see game is almost over.

GM Omar Khan already said he has no idea where Aaron is in early May 2026 . If that’s still true, it’s time for the Steelers to move on. Give the reps to the young guys who actually show up and want it. No more special treatment. Show up or step aside.

    OTA's start on May 18th.

This is Cam Heyward speaking to you:

"Bro, chill out. He'll get there when he gets there," Heyward said about Rodgers, per Alex Kozora of Steelers Depot. "It's the middle of summer. If anyone knows the system better than anybody, it's Aaron. And he's not a big proponent into having this long training. I think he trains well on his own. He knows what his body needs at this point."

MM says that he's fine in AR isn't in OTAs (he actually says he prefers it).

That it's important for young guys to develop.

I know we're all (reasonably) tired of the will they / won't they stuff with AR (they will IMO). Our HC thinks it's better if he's not taking reps in OTAs.

If he's so interested in developing the young guys, then tell A A Ron to retire and let's actually see what we have in the young guys in live game action.... we're not going anywhere with a 42 yr old qb......
Why do I feel like it's groundhog day in Pittsburgh?????

I would not be opposed to us going this way.

But Rooney's business model is to always do whatever we can in the short term to win the next game so that we don't play meaningless regular season & hopefully win the playoffs.

I'm freaking sure someone on this board is right now looking for something to complain about, and if it's not about now, it will be about something in the past, or something that could maybe happen in the future. LoL

The top resident ***** moan and whiners are already spinning this as it won’t help the development of Allar and Howard and how the team won’t know what they have for next years draft

When in reality just the opposite will occur
