The focus on finding the next QB couldn't be in better hands. McCarthy will be very hands on with the QBs. Tim Berbenich will be hands on with QBs. And the team retained Tom Arth as QBs coach. There will be lots of eyes on these guys and lots of teaching. I still feel like if Rodgers is in that room as well can only be helpful, we'll see. Will and Drew will have every opportunity to develop into an NFL QB with this staff.
