That was apparent in the Notre Dame playoff game. They had awesome corners but those receivers did nothing. He was only throwing to a Tight End most of that game.

Let's assume trade up 1 or 2 spots for Lemon and six spots in the 2nd to get Bernard were similar.

My guess is that the drop off in the WRs (Lemon to Bernard) is smaller than the drop off between OTs (Max The Anchor to ??? because there hasn't been an OT picked after our slot yet). There has been an OC picked (Logan Jones) after our WR pick...not sure if he could play LG for us (C is probably the position we least need to draft this year)

 

They went a whole playoff game without a reception struggled to get open.

Gennings Dunker would be someone the team has on its radar. I personally don't but it wouldn't shock me.

 

Schneider is a good GM. It is not just the drafting and free agency acquisition, but timing on contracts, cap management, and knowing how to manage the roster.
