I know many who listen to Latin music and most tell me they can't understand what Bad Bunny is saying and they speak Spanish.

Dude is massive on global scale, I like the choice, its the Superbowl, it should have an artist that is as big as the game.

I can guarantee there are thousands if not millions that think your taste in music sucks. I don’t know his music at all, but it’s not the point.

I get a good laugh when the puppeteers pull your strings. Not just you per se. Everyone that gets triggered by this crap. It’s really quite comical. They tell you to dance and y’all dance.

I had never heard of Bad Bunny. Watch a guy that wears a dress sing in Spanish and hates America? No thanks. Seems like the halftime show is getting more publicity and discussion than the actual football game.

Puppeters aren't pulling mine at all good sir. I am reporting a fact; no major big business gives a rat's tail about DEI anymore. If a Big Business like the NFL is doing it, it for the sole purpose of tone policing, virtue signaling and gaslighting; nothing more. To be honest, given how the NFL really wants to expand its operation more and more worldwide, sticking to such strategies as opposed to letting America's Favorite Past Time featuring America's most decorated signers would appeal a lot more to the global audience at it would showcase how great and wonderful the sport is.

Yes, the NFL will get to play in more International Venues no doubt. The question isn't about the League having the permission. It is more so about how the respective publics of other nations will tolerate aspects that don't adhere to the main focus that is the product; the NFL.

Well Prince wore lots of dresses and his halftime show was probably the best I have ever seen. Also Bad Bunny is American and doesnt hate America, he hates Trump and ICE, which I would argue is pro American.

Super Bowl XXVI in Minneapolis Minnesota was when In Living Color had their "halftime show" on FOX opposite the super bowl

Super Bowl XXVII NFL Michael Jackson first big halftime show. A pedophile. Now there's a panty twist.

I too found Prince to be the best. Wailing on his guitar in a frigging downpour was amazing.

I am not sure if you would understand his singing unless you speak / understand Spanish. The LGBTQ person has said he does not sing in English. Yet the overwhelming majority of the people watching the Super Bowl only understand English.

Well Maroon 5 is considered one of the worst Halftime shows, because it was too boring. People love Maroon 5 and it was all done in English. The point is people want to see a show, a spectacle, it isnt about musical tastes. To continue charging what they charge for commercial spots and tickets, the show has to be grand and appeal across the spectrum, so if your looking at the numbers, which im sure the NFL did, Bad Bunny is the guy. Now maybe the halftime show wont be good, but people who are triggered by this are being ridiculous.

I wonder who is making you dance? You seem to think that everyone that has an opinion on this guy performing is somehow beneath you. Your dancing is predictable. You're tiresome

All, this thread is getting more and more political. Keep it to football and more directly related subject matter.

Like Green Day? Still waiting for Billy Armstrong to fulfill his promise to move back to Canada.

I was wondering earlier if the NFL planned to abandon it's core fan base? A 1/2 time show all in Spanish? By a guy in a dress? Seems like Goodell wants to try and make American football the most popular sport in the world and it just ain't gonna happen
