Indiana the first 16-0 team since Yale in 1894. Jeh lost a bundle betting on Harvard that year.

Nothing against the current Miami team, but just the site of Ray Lewis, and to a lesser extent Michael Irving, on the sidelines is enough to me to love the fact they lost!

Well, that was a very entertaining national championship game. They’re sure as hell not always that way.

I don’t have a lot of animosity towards Ray Lewis, he is an attention whore but he means well.

Michael Irvin on the other hand is a greasy, slimy, jizz stain. I can’t stand that guy. Complete fake asshat.

There's just that one tiny, itsy bitsy, trivial detail you're overlooking about Ray-Ray. And it involves people getting stabbed to death in the gutter outside the club. But sure, he means well...

Well, reading up on that case, it looks pretty clear that he saw everything but wasn’t the one who did the deed. But, I wasn’t there, I don’t know for sure.

It just doesn’t feel exciting like past National Championship games.
    Something was missing.

A properly thrown ball to EndZone would have been an exciting ending.

It's the 1st time. So is that going to be the new trend, or is it a one off???
We shall have to wait, and see.

The more classy and better team won last night. Miami U were a bunch of clowns last night playing as dirty as they could and getting away with it. Glad they lost.

Congrats Hoosiers - 140 years in the making which far exceeds even the Steelers and Bucs dismal spans as well as the Cubs and Red Sox. Now begins the long Mendoza watch - being a Heisman winner and National Champion already (and no doubt a future college HOFer), will he be able to match Tony Dorsett and Marcus Allen as the only football players (per my research) who have won the Heisman, National College Championship, in college HOF, NFL SB winner and ultimately in the NFL HOF. It is much rarer than I ever thought when I tried to match stats with TD's. Wishing him well in the future - as a Steeler??????
