    Doesn’t look like there will be a final presser from Tomlin at this point. Been over a week since his departure. Kind of odd, both Cowher and Noll did it but Tomlin never did like talking to the media much.

    Yep. Cowher pretty much said the same thing; it's not a decision you make some morning after a cup of coffee. Had to be thinking on it for a while.

    I always wonder if Big Ben wasn’t a ****head if Bill Cowher would have stayed for a few more years.

    I think he was stepping away either way but that may have made it easier.

    I think Bills wife was sick, I remember the reason he retired was family.
