Our Current Depth Chart for reference

Here's the current roster; I highlighted in red the people I would immediately cut/trade. Not sure about keeping the people in blue. Definite keepers in green. I am not even sure who some of the deep people are, though. Might be open to trading Highsmith for draft capital and rolling with Herbig, but then our depth would be scary. Same with Watt--just don't think we'd get anything b/c of his crazy salary. And these are just my immediate thoughts.

Here is one that is easy to read

 

A lot here is going to be determined by the new HC. I could see Flores wanting to keep TJ, Heyward and Ramsey. I think its too early in the process for this discussion.

 

I agree with that comment with one exception. Jonnu Smith needs cut, period, and if the new head coach keeps him...oomph.

It's easier to cut someone else's pick than your own. So I predict a bigger than normal roster dump this offseason.
Perhaps Khan had a hunch Tomlin was leaving when he stocked up on picks for the new HC.

Also thinking perhaps Khan was banking on a larger and better QB class for 2026 to take our franchise QB but that QB draft class fell apart on him.

It’s just the chart from the last game of the season

A starting point for next year possibly

 

It's just listing the players he wants to keep vs the ones he wants to get rid of. How does that serve as a reference?
Also, I'm leaning toward letting the new coaches work that out. But, I guess we have to talk about something.


What if... we let the draft and free agency happen like every year, we let everybody compete for roster spots in TC, and keep the best team at final cuts? I know it's weird and different, just give it a thought. Lol
