1st Preseason Game on NFL Network Saturday

Just to let everyone know the 1st preseason game is gonna be live on NFL Network Saturday at 7:30 in the pm. I can not WAIT to see our starters giving all 10% for about two series and I'm only partly joking. LOL. I hope we get to see some Bell and I wanna see if Reggie Dunn gets any returns. I just hope that TTF and the Ms. can make it through this tough time of being on opposing sides. Stand your ground TTF! We've all got your back! WAAAAAAAY back!!!! LOL!

 

But I'm sure that when you say "it doesn't matter who wins" you then whisper under your breath " but we're gonna kill you so bad you're gonna wish you'd never lived"! LOL! I just figured by posting this thread it will save you from having to send everyone a link. LOL. I'm guessing the vast majority of people on here have DirecTv don't they?

 

I just recently, within a few days, picked up NFL network again. What is their deal with the jets? There are 32 teams and yet it seems like they spend half of their time yapping about the Jets.

 

Ok, let me just say that I just dont know if I could be married to someone who wasnt a Steelers fan lol. Actually, I am only half joking about that. Luckily for you guys, your spouses like the Giants who we dont play very often. I dated a guy in HS who was a Browns fan....it was just NEVER going to work. During the season, I unfriend my buddy of 35 years because he is an obnoxious Browns fan and I am trying to salvage our friendship Having said all of that, we are super pumped about the game. I have my DVR set even though I will be watching in t live.

As for the Jets, I just think the circus that is the Jets gets ratings, so that is what they show.

 

I'm pretty glad for this. Time Warner Cable and CBS are fighting and KDKA which always shows the pre-season games is blacked out because of it. So at least for this week I can watch the game on NFL network and next Redskins game is on ESPN. So that buys me at least two weeks. I know you say get an atennna but I live out of the burg a ways and would have to invest in a good atenna. But they better get it settled by week one or they are getting dropped by me for Direct TV.

 

I think this is the only time the Steelers will be on the NFL Network for a game. It is weird but I am glad we don't have any Thursday night games.

 

Not on NFL network, but we do play the Ravens on Thanksgiving night.

Seriously, tho... I just can`t wait to see the Black n Gold on the field again!!!
Pre-season, or not! I`m gonna have to pull the "I`m not part of this world", no phone, internet, or radio routine, until after I get back from a graduation party, and get a chance to watch it.
It will be recording! Not that the win or loss really matters, but I am anxious to see how our youngsters look!
Also, if the first stringers look like they got their collective act together!!!!
