Tomlin to Leave After Playoffs?

This is a hot topic, obviously.

For Mr. Rooney, there's an 0-7 glaring at him as Tomlin has lost 7 consecutive playoff games. It is near impossible to reconcile that fact.
Tomlin should not be the only facing consequences.
There's the entire decision making team that failed madly the past couple of seasons.

Denver sort of faced the same scenario a few years ago when they made the move to bring in Peyton Manning.
The difference was that Denver knew the risk of bringing in a Hall of Fame QB that was on his last leg.
They committed to blocking to keep Peyton standing.
They committed to a solid run game.
They committed to receivers to catch the ball and make plays.
They committed to playing solid defense.
They got a Super Bowl.

QB was not the problem last night.
The run game could not run.
The pass blocking couldn't give the QB any time. (76 was a turnstile)
Calvin Austin ran wrong routes.
The Defense got ran over. (They did get CJ Stroud to fumble the ball everywhere and toss picks)

The same old, same old won't get you there Mr. Rooney. That had to be the thought on his drive home.
"How do we get there?" should stand out first and foremost.
If he looked to the field, there certainly is no answer there.
He needs a QB, some WR's, some youth on defense and someone who can find them and people that can get the best out of them.

It wouldn't surprise me if Tomlin is let go today or tomorrow.
It wouldn't surprise me if Tomlin stays another year.
