Wake up and smell another losing year. Your head coach needs to go and his parade of misfits need to go. We as fans know this , what don’t you get about the situation your team is in or how your franchise is going downhill.

I wonder if he recognizes that while people have to pay to go to Acrisure so perhaps lots of folks would rather save their money more than voice their displeasure but admission to the NFL draft is free. That could get really ugly.

As soon as they fall behind next week the Fire Tomlin chants are really gonna get cranking.

An empty stadium next season will get his attention.

Maybe he should wait until the season is over before any decisions are made. You know, because we don't really know what is going to happen.

Once the season is over, at least Mr Rooney will have all the necessary information to decide how to proceed.

I know it's frustrating, but let's see if they can get something done from here and qualify for the playoffs. There's no sense bailing on anything now. I'll be watching every snap of every game and hoping they can put together some good play that gets them more games.

Art II has known for years that Tomlin isn't good, but he is a cheap, co-dependent weakling.

If the Ravens win next week, the entire country will see the fans boo, jeer, and chant 'FIRE MIKE TOMLIN' on the night game. What will the owner do?

Slink off and hide, then bring this bum back for another season.

We need to boo and chant at the draft as well. AR needs egg on his face for this debacle.

I think we all know exactly what’s gonna happen. We’ve all seen this movie over and over and over.

Regardless of how we feel today, nobody is going to boo at the draft. It marks a fresh start for everyone. The draft is typically the high point of the year for far worse organizations. I won't tell anyone not to boo, but I just don't see it happening unless FA is a disaster.

Y’all need to be extremely careful what you wish for.

Look around the league. What coach is doing more with less?

This would be a 6 win team under a lot of NFL regimes.

You have never been to a draft in NYC. Those bastards boo everything!

I think Fire Tomlin chants are more appropriate than booing. Both are an embarrassment to the Owner. He deserves nothing less.

I'm all for moving on from him. I'm one of the most vocal on Twitter against him. I think it would take the entire coaching staff returning for boos/fire chants to happen. But I still don't see it. By late April, what's happening now is in the rear view with hope for next year.

Ah . yes. It’s that time of the year for the “Ya never know”, or “Perhaps we’ll see hell freeze over” argument instead of facing the glaring obvious.

Spoiler alert: We won’t get it done and we’ll end up keeping Tomlin regardless.

Naming your iconic stadium some gay ass insurance company called Acrisure should have told the fan base he only focuses on business, not winning.

Tomlin actually said in the post game presser "I didn't think we played poorly, we just didn't make enough plays".

So what happens if the Steelers beat the Ravens and they qualify for the playoffs?

Are all the continents going to split in half?

Will there be 1000 foot tsunamis pounding the coastlines?

Will life as we know it end on earth?

If only the rest of us had your Nostradamus clarity of things that haven't happened yet.

We all have our opinions on what should be done to improve the team, but let it play out. According to you there is only one more week left in the season. Maybe then you'll be right. Until then, you're just venting on people that want the team to win as much as you do. It's OK for fans to have hope until there is none.

That is same weak, sad, cowardly thinking Rooney has...too risky to let Tomlin go, so we'll just be pathetic for another decade, better than risking a 3-14 season.

Hey, I don't want to downgrade from Tomlin, but there are fewer and fewer coaches worse than Tomlin and that list gets shorter every year. Just don't hire a loser retread, the same meatheads that can't win at two prior coaching stops.

Take a risk, hire a promising and productive coordinator, preferable one leading a top 5 or 10 passing offense.

What coach is leading a more successful team with reserves at:

    LT
    SS
    FS
    CB
    NICKEL
    LG
    WR X 3
    TE
    OLB

    Maybe the Niners?

Similar injury lists are used as explanations for the Chargers, Lions, Packers, Ravens, Cowboys, and others underperforming expectations.

In comparison, a reasonable argument can be made that the Steelers winning 9-10 games is a significant improvement over preseason expectations.

I’m not arguing that there isn’t a coach who could do better. Anything is possible. I’m saying that MOST would do far worse.

Organization needs a fresh start. How many coaches have maintained their jobs without winning a playoff game for a decade? If your former players are talking about making a change, that tells you something. Our 3 playoff wins since losing in the super bowl were the bengals burfict gift wrapped game, where we should have lost to a backup qb.. Boswell's 6 field goal game against Kansas city, and the Miami win against their backup qb. Credit for not laying an egg in that one, but I'm just failing to see what is so impressive about this guy's resume once the leaders from Cowher's teams started getting old and moving on.. if doing more with less is Tomlin's biggest accolade, which it seems to be given the duck Hodges season and otherwise lack of success, then that's ashame. Maybe these teams need constructed better, which falls on coaches and GM. Our mid 2000s teams were so stacked, our backup squad could beat half the league. Everyone has been screaming for WR help for the past few seasons now, yet, here we are..
