I Feel I Must Explain Something to Certain People

Hey, I didn't mean to make that sound dickish. LoL. I can't think of a better word. Is that even a word??

He has been a great player, but he does whatever the hell he wants when he is on the field. Some of that is throwing the ball to his has-been friends from Green Bay at every opportunity because he thinks they are on the same page as him. MVS wasn't on the same page as Rodgers one time in this game, but he kept trying to force him the ball. He makes great reads and great throws at times. He gets the team out of bad plays and into good plays often, and his knowledge of the game isn't in question. He just wants certain people around him that he is comfortable with. If only it was Davante Adams instead of MVS.....

It is beyond aggravating at times, but this is what the team knowingly signed up for. It's his MO.

 

I know its easier after the fact. But he never looked at Gainwell wide open.
His eyes never left MVS from the huddle to presnap to snap.
In all fairness, he does the same with DK, only has eyes for a certain wr. Won’t go through progressions

 

I chalk it up to poor coaching. The play calls in this game was baffling.

You do know You can call the best play in the world, and if the Qb doesn't throw to that guy it doesn't matter.
Also You can call the worst play call in the world, and if the Qb finds the right guy, it won't matter.
A Qb can make a play caller awesome, or stupid.

 

You can blame Art, but WRs were open in critical downs, and Rodgers just failed.

Our stupid coach passed on the easy fg and went for a low conversion pass on 4th and one. A deep throw. A run or short throw offers a better chance to convert.

You’re wasting your energy and time. The steelers are down their #1 and 2 wide receivers, #1 tight end and are facing the #1 pass defense in the nfl. Any other head coach would have won

 

I guess I would assume that everybody knew this and it didn't need to be explained.

But Rogers was not great at reading the routes today, and often chose a receiver who he should not have chosen.

I think Rodgers likes #11 way too much due to familiarity, which may be a big reason Roman Wilson’s been keeping the bench warm.
