Hold your breath... Any guesses on the DK suspension???

This is my biggest question. It is in the middle of the game, why is DK all by himself hanging out with a fan?

Before or after a game, or even at halftime, but right in the middle of the game seems insane. Why didn't anyone ask DK where he was going?

 

Exactly...and why wouldn't the police officer that was witnessing the entire thing stop him from going over there. All you can hear on the video is someone saying "Don't sign it DK" I think? And some other inaudible stuff...but none of the fans reactions made me feel like that guy was saying what DK accused him of.

 

Realistically can cut him in March before bonuses are due. I doubt we do this, but putting it out there.

Clearly, y’all were wrong about that. Metcalf has his own history, which may keep the suspension from being reduced. Given that the Steelers were stupid enough to leave themselves so thin at receiver, that suspension could be the difference between making the playoffs or not. Even Pickens never managed to hurt his team line Metcalf did on Sunday. So they dumped a more talented player for behavioral issues while spending a 2nd round pick an a torn of money on a player with similar maturity issues. Now that has blown up in their faces and you still think they did the right thing. Comical.

 

Stop. They put up with Pickens for 3 years, and Dallas is already complaining, and probably won't resign him after one season.
This is DKs 1st year here, and what I believe 7th in the league.

 

The guy was slapping every players helmet that went by, Yet Lamar Jackson went after him, and sent him flying like You said, and no suspension.

 

Well he never smacked the guy for one. I suggest watching the other angels of the video. He grabs the guys shirt, and then afterwards shoves him away, by the shirt.

That's the trouble with people today they don't fear getting punched in the mouth anymore. There are too many laws and lawyers now that make it almost impossible to do the right thing and knock someone on their ass.

I agree. I hear it too much today that crap about nothing you say is worth getting hit. Every time I hear this, all I can think is we grew up in way different......either times , communities, or something .

Yeah I was born in the 1950's we didn't tap out our arguments on a keyboard then. We took it outside and the best man won but those days are over now.

 

Hmm, the suspension just happens to be the last two games in a playoff scenario. If you want to create drama and tighten it up, particulars with Pitt/Ratbirds possibilities, this is a perfect way to do it.

You are right. But he 'initiated contact', which is all the NFL (Goodell) wants to know.

I am sure his momma is proud he defended her.... for a cool $45M.
