To be accurate a chronic injury is generally one that lasts over 3 months

They most certainly can fully heal

    Swimmers are a good example

I thought it was more recurring over and over. It chronically occurs. Regardless Herbig is nicked too often.

Well, if they're going to lose this is the game to lose to an NFC team.

Even tho its a NFC game, its still a common tiebreaker game. But all that doesnt matter, since the Ravens have already clinched the common game tiebreaker for any potential ties that include a Steelers w18 loss. The 4 games play for both teams the next 2 weeks is all common games.

It wont get to the Conf record tiebreaker.
    1. The 1st tiebreaker that can decide the division is a H2H sweep with a Steelers win on w18.
    2. The Steelers cant win the division record tiebreaker without a w18 win.
    3. Ravens have a 1 game lead on common games and cant be caught while still being in a tie in overall standings.

Any results that eliminate the 1 game deficit in common games, will increase the 1 game lead in overall standings... thus not needing a tiebreaker at all.

The Steelers just need to win their games against the Browns and Ravens then a loss to Detroit won't matter.

Technically, the Steelers can lose to the Loins and the Browns, and still win the division with a win on w18, even if the Ravens win on w16 and w17. W16 and w17 are only important for clinching before w18... otherwise they are both irrelevant.

Watt and Herbig out? If we want to have any chance of winning we have to send 5-6 pass rushers and jam their receivers at the line. Otherwise Goff will just sit back there and pick us apart

Not good seeing a couple new guys on there. Frazier, Benton, and Kuntz. At least Harmon looks promising.

Been reading that some people feel it is over for TJ Watt. Not just this season but his career.

I really wanted to see him come alive for Playoffs. (if we make it) Just his luck, we'll win a Playoff game with him on the sidelines cheering them on.

What people? Are these the same people who thought he was going to demand a trade because of a gesture he made in an Instagram post a few years back?

They need to be aggressive and blitz the heck out of Goff because I don't think the Steelers can hold up in pass coverage.

Herbig is doubtful though, but I guess that is good it isn’t too serious of an issue that they are giving him a chance.

Herbig won’t play this week but he could be back for Cleveland I would imagine. We can’t afford any more injuries. Seamulo is a big loss to our OL.

Seamulo out is a big loss he has been playing well. OL depth really being tested now.

No Herbig and TJ also cripple our OLB corps. I like Sawyer but he’s not ready for full time starting spot and will get mauled by Sewell.
