Agreed. Ravens did not look impressive in that win.

Like that the Packers game is in GB, but Packers are definitely banged up though.

That 'clutch' coaching performance and clock management by McDaniels was almost the kind that gets a coach left on the Tarmac.

Achane needed more carries, he is the engine of their offense. Tua was only 5/8, 61 yds, 1 INT at half time, but it still felt like he was passing the ball too much.

The Steelers team last night looked confident and poised. Rodgers arm was almost perfect. Some of his throws were like lasers. I think my favourite play of the game and most unusual was Jonnu Smith as a RB and scoring a TD.

I always look forward to your post OP summing up their performance

I’ve always hated when they try to bully line to line up the middle in the Tomlin era because we just never had the power to do so. Only to hear Tomlin say afterwards, if you can’t get one yard you don’t deserve to win. Well, DUH, then stop doing it Mike. Fast forward And now we have the Tush Push.
BUT, is it me or did they get better at doing it just by doing it over and over last night? There’s also the oddity of having a HOFer just standing there behind them daring them to do it. Like a great director or dare I say it HOF coach out there watching them up close with the perfect view to see if anyone slacks off. Brilliant, it works! It defies the norm and the way every team does it. It’s almost like everyone of them doesn’t want to disappoint the man standing behind them just watching. Keep doing that!
Arod maybe coach material after all is said and done. You can see he watches everything and receivers if they don’t go all out. Almost like having the Chin coach and play at the same time!
    :roflmao:

Cook looked great, and wow, the size of that man.

    Also, Gainwell, nuff said.

Any tie that doesn't include a Steelers win on w18, will go to the Ravens. If it needs to go past the H2H tie-breaker(w18 loss), the Ravens have already clinched at 8-9, 9-8, or 10-7.

So you think the 11-3 Patriots who are 6-0 on the road will get b!tched slap by the 7-7 Ravens? Ravens are a 3 point favorite.

    1. For the most part, yes.
    2. Yeah, that was a sick play. 90% him on that one. Awesome stuff.
    3. I agree, but this is the Steelers we are talking about. We seemed more interested in just being done with the game than icing it on offense or defense.
    4. We did well for the most part. We got lucky on a play that could've been a TD (Herbig's swat getting just enough of Achane, otherwise it could've been a TD), but it was nice to not have a ton of chunk plays on us when it mattered
    5. He played well. I didn't key in on him or anything, but he didn't look to be giving up pressures. Have to see on the run blocking side.
    6. Yeah, nice catch too.
    7. Back to back quality weeks. We can actually win a PO game with him dealing like he has the past two weeks.
    8. Its not good lol its funny to see Washington with the push though.
    9. Our backs are a breath of fresh air. Having explosive guys back there that can play all aspects of the game is a huge boon to the offense. I wouldn't trade either one of them for Najee.
    10. Detroit will be playing for their playoff lives. Gonna have to play a really quality game if we want to win this one.

I'd say injuries have ended GB's chance at SB.

Honestly I think the Ravens have very little chance of winning.

I'm not sure where you are getting that from. The Patriots are good, but far from unbeatable. I'm not sure any team in the AFC is particularly intimidating.

Bold on #3 for sure. #11 perhaps showed management what the future is without watt! Defense played well.

Yes I do. They will be taking care of business at home with the added benefit of knowing the Steelers had asses handed to them in the loss bigtime earlier in Detroit.
Patriots are in a funk after there loss at home going on the road is only going to compound that.
Buffalo would have already handled Cleveland earlier Pats feel the pressure and can't shake it,

It was good and bad regarding playing without Watt. The downside is that Herbig seems to have trouble staying healthy, too.

Choking that lead away will be a big learning moment for NE and motivate them the rest of the way.

Getting lost in the choke was the fact they were destroying the Bills up till that point.

I think NE is the best team in the field. Certainly not an unbeatable team on the Chiefs and Tom Brady Pats level but best team none the less.

I really wish the Ravens played at 1:00 before us. They lose we'd be more comfortable watching our game.

    Pats too young and inexperienced
    Maybe next year
    Same with Denver
Even tho they have a 40yr old qb

You forget that the 7-7 Ravens got raped by officials in Steelers win
    Not that I am complaining
    a win is a win
But that close to us being 7-7
    Yes Ravens will beat Pats
    Most likely GB

    Oops
If Ravens win out we are out
    Ravens get tiebreaker

Their short yardage doesn't work in large part because they zone block. The lineman don't fire off the ball nor do the TE'S or man in motion. Everything is stationary.

Look at the attempts at the goal line. All three. Not once did a lineman push over the goal line. #83 did, alone, finally.

That pass to Metcalf on the TD was probably Rodgers best throw of the year.
