The Dugger shine was off after the performance against the Bills but not enough to be wanting to see Chuck Clark. And Calvin Anderson has been one of the key elements of the run game. Seems like this staff will be challenged to effectively adjust.

 

I'm not sure, just that he has a hand injury.

 

i wonder if the rookie castro plays? we have taken big hits at the safety spot this year. killebrew, elliott, dugger. ramsey is dinged up too. that leaves peppers, castro, clark.

then we have the LT problem. down anderson and jones. looks like a driscoll or cook call up. c'mon AP. cook doesn't do bad though. driscoll on the right if need be.

Benton, Pierre, Ben, Black expected to be limited to start week on Thursday.

 

A lot is going to depend on the health of Harmon, Dugger, Peat, and Washington. We have seen how badly they need Harmon. The secondary is significantly weaker without Dugger. I know some folks here think Cook can be something, but I don't relish playing a practice squad guy against Miami's edge rushers. Washington can help with that and the running game. If all four are out, it may not matter how cold it gets.

 

Calvin Anderson to IR

 

Lot to keep track of this week on the injury front we will get our first update today. Will send it over as I get it from my sources.

 

How much had he even played this season? I'm wondering if they are going to have to start Spencer Anderson at tackle this week. I know they filled in with Dylan Cook when Peat went out against the Ravens, but I wonder if they make the switch with a full week of practice.

Maybe we can start kicking butt in the run game with a 3rd string tackle, like other teams do against the Steelers.

 

Yikes TJ hospitalized with lung issue.

 

Harmon and Dugger both trending towards playing Monday. Obviously the news about TJ sucks and you would assume he’s going to be out at a minimum Monday.

 

TJ Harmon Peat Pierre and Ben S all no practice.

I heard good things about Harmon and his potential but he likely needs at least limited tomorrows especially as a rookie.

Surprised to hear about Pierre had no idea he was hurt hopefully nothing serious as he has played very well.

Id assume Peat and Watt will be out.

 

Pierre injured his calf Sunday. He left the game for a bit, then returned.

Peat not practicing at all is a very bad sign with a concussion.

Keep in mind that Thursday is the equivalent of a normal Wednesday, so tomorrow would only be the equivalent of Thursday.

 

I haven’t heard anything about missing the year? Schefter said partial collapsed lung somehow is that a month plus recovery?

 

Tyrod Taylor was out longer than that after his incident in 2020.
