He has more yards receiving then the whole Steelers wide receiver room combined!

The offense sucks.

Can't lose games when you have a DTD.

I like Mason as a backup, but he isn't a good QB.

And having only one higher quality pass catcher on the team means we're pretty easy to defend. It makes it very hard to come back in situations like this (especially when the QB play isn't good).

I wonder if any QB in the league has more defensive points scored for them per game than Mason does? He doesn't have all that many minutes played, so the small sample might skew for him really well. The D was lights out when Mason was playing the season Ben got hurt. We scored 2x DTDs for him last week. And another this week.

 

If he could throw the ball down the field with consistency he would be a totally different QB and a QB1 somewhere. But he is just to inconsistent when it comes to the long ball. But like you said he is a good guy, but that does not win football games.

 

One of the reasons the Steelers offense is so easy to play against is because they refuse to attack the middle of the field, especially longer than 10 yards, despite the tight ends they have. With the other teams, Arthur Smith often attacked the middle of the field as falcons head coach or titans oc, but it's impossible to do that under Tomlin, who is still stuck in a Matt Canada offense.

Rudolph needs to share the blame with Austin and Gainwell on the illegal formation. He is looking right at them and doesn't call time out or motion them up to the line.

 

That's crazy for a vet like Mason not to recognize that I thought he just didn't see it until this pic, killed their chances of at least getting the game to OT.

Bush had a pick 6 against Lamar Jackson a couple of weeks ago.

 

After every loss fans overreact and post some dumb stuff Minkah was like a three-time first team All-Pro with the Steelers, and to try act like he's gotten better with Miami is nonsense.

 

That loss to the Bears doesn't look too bad they just beat the Super Bowl champs on the road.

It's maddening. Kahn clearly brought in all these tight ends for Arthur Smiths offense, and they won't use them for anything but a flat route.

 

That loss doesn't look so bad after tonight, right?
If only we could train our QB for more than a game, or year, we'd be okay.

 

The Eagles are on a major downwards trajectory though. Their Offensive Coordinator in Kevin Patullo is... not very good to say the least. Coaching matters very much in the NFL and the Eagles have gone downhill since losing Kellen Moore.


If anything, Nick Sirianni might be even worse than Tomlin when it comes to Coaching Hires fir neithet Kellen Moore nor Vic Fangio were his decisions. Those decisions were by Howie Roseman. For a GM to step in and do that is a pretty damning indicnment.
