What's Cookin? beefalo jills edition

well, well, well. back in first place thanks to joe and the sghetti/chili boys. i don't see many teams that are not beatable at this point except for maybe the rams. strange year. is it possible we knock the bills off at home? we are going to need some good food to do it. many could be tired of turkey by game time. i am already.

time to make some macdaddyo famous ribs. it's been awhile. french fries. let's get back on the winning ways. what you got?

 

I dont think I could ever get tired of turkey. I will be having leftovers from yesterday, and or whatever casserole concoction made from said leftovers that my wife whips up.

change of plans for the ribs. now i'm going to try my hands at a cheesy ground beef and potato soup. i'm changing up a little of the on-line version. i'll let you all know how it turns out.

You got that right. Went for a piece of Turkey last night and it had that "Thursday was a couple days ago" taste.

So the wife is making chili for the game, and my german shepherd gets one last turkey dinner.

ground beef lean. i used southern style hash brown chunks, 2.5 cups of mix of sharp cheddar and mild cheddar cheese, 4 cups of beef stock, garlic, salt and pepper, heavy cream, made a roux of butter and flour. pretty easy.

 

yes. the dog will eat it. everything leftover here will be taken to the curb today. i can't eat it anymore.

Turstuffinwafberry sandwiches. Mix stuffing and cranberry with egg and broth, cook in waffle maker. Patience, takes a while. Slap on turkey, cover with gravy. Go for it.

 

I will be running back and forth to the grill, stove top and oven. Fridge of course for . It’s going to be a challenge. Figuring out where to eat may be the real problem. Son is bringing over his gf and we are supposed to have a family dinner.

I have a 75 inch TV in the living room that I can see from the grill on the front porch. I can see it easily from the kitchen as well due to an open floor plan. Can’t see it from the kitchen table so the plan is to eat at halftime. I got this. Many years of practice.
