I agree with that. I commented on another post that the offense looked sharper yesterday with Rudolph.

NFL network reporting injury might not be as bad as feared.. Rodgers wants to play Sunday and if he can grip the ball there is a 50/ 50 Chance he will

The modern NFL game uses designed plays to certain playmakers behind the LOS frequently as an extension of the running game. Teams that struggle to run will also use it as an avenue to help their run game or to get those 4-7 yard gains that they aren't getting with their rushing attack.

The reason why we throw so many behind the LOS isn't because we are deficient at the QB position... it is because our OL has struggled in stretches to pass protect, and we have only one viable WR. Guys just aren't getting open downfield. Our RB's and 300 lb TE are the most featured weapons outside of DK. Teams are just forcing us to make someone other than DK beat them through scheme and gameplan. Our offense is going to have to find a way to adapt or we are going to continue to struggle offensively, no matter who the QB is. To me, its as simple as featuring Jaylen Warren more in the rushing attack. If we establish a run game at all, we can start to see teams loading the box more and allowing our WR's and TE's more 1 on 1 matchups or more exploitable coverages.

I would not be surprised to see them bring Skylar Thompson back

I would not be surprised to see Skylar be #2

Rappaport is saying it’s 50-50 if Rodgers plays this week. Schefter is claiming they might need to put a plate in Rodgers’ wrist

I remember when Bob Griese went down with a broken leg in week 5 in 1972 and Earl Morrall went in. They did okay because they played like a team without one superstar name on defense. Griese came back for the AFC Championship.

I met a few of those players and did not appreciate it at the time. Mad Dog Mandich did not like me because I was a Steeler fan, but there is no denying the team's legacy. Many say the 1970s Steelers were designed to beat the Dolphins and were an evolution of the team.

You're deluding yourself if you think Howard would come in and show he's the future franchise QB.

Mason had two drives and scored on both the drives. Aaron had five drives and punted three times.

It's a slight break or rather crack.
In my opinion, it's a good week to sit him and let it heal... I have not heard of a plate being anywhere in the picture, it is just a slight crack.
It probably will be ok in 2 weeks (I'm playing doc.)

But it is a good time to see where Mason is.
We may have to go with him next season.

Howard is not in the picture.

And there’s only a 10% chance of that.

Dude, what? First of all, I'm not putting Rudolph on a pedestal. Second, he played against the same defense using the same checkdowns for the same half-game that Rodgers did and arguably looked better - more decisive, found open receivers, appeared more poised in the pocket. And when Rodgers' decision-making starts looking as sus as it has the past couple of games, I get concerned - that's a major component of what he's got going for him at this stage.

So, no, I don't see a significant difference between the two right now.

That slight crack will become a big crack or a compound fracture if he lands on that hand again. Its almost certain that he will get hit. I don't think Steelers will let him play in tough Chicago conditions.

I am in favor of sitting him and looking at Mason to see where he is.

The way Rodgers is playing you don’t put him out there until he is 100% or damn near it.

It’s scheduled to be 52 and sunny in Chicago Sunday November 23

    WTF

It wasn’t like that when I lived there
