The Steelers will be underdogs in the next 3 games. If they could somehow win 2 of those 3 then that would go a long way to erasing the stink of the Bengals loss.

The D is in shambles. The performance last night has bad coaching written all over it. Players not knowing their assignments, playing the wrong technique, and no player continuity especially when it comes to the starting safety is baffling. FIRE AUSTIN!!!!

It's one game not every team they play has two good receivers like Chase and Higgins.

Then please explain why the same **** keeps happening year after year after year with the defense no matter what name changes on the jersey. Players not knowing their assignments, playing the wrong technique in a scheme (see JPJ playing outside leverage when he should be playing inside leverage) and miscommunication between DBs. That is a coaching problem my guy.

Rodgers demands excellence. He acknowledged himself on the INT as "a poor decision".

Why is it that only certain so called Steelers fans show up after a loss , and you never hear a peep from them when we win???
Are they just born after we lose , like certain mushrooms after a rain??

Still don't know exactly what kind of team the Steelers are. The first month of football is about establishing an identity on both offense and defense.
The offense seems to be coming around to a balanced run/pass type. They probably should have run it more in the last game but there are rumors that Rodgers may have checked out of a run a few times.
The defense? Welp, I think they are still trying to figure out whether they are a better man or zone unit. They probably envisioned a heavy man scheme but now they might realize these players no longer have the quicks to keep up with better receivers. So, maybe still a work in progress.
The next month of football will determine what the Steelers are. My guess is a slightly better than average one.

I'm always here to take the abuse if I was wrong. I was right this week because it was totally obvious given Steelers record on TNF and Flacco's performance against the Packers the week before.

Newsflash! I'm picking the Packers to win next Sunday night. :icon mrgreen:

Jordan Love is gonna have a good night. Unfortunately, so will Danny Dimes and Justin Herbert in a few weeks.

Browns have a good defense. Steelers have a "good enough" offense, but the defense has been Jeckyl Hyde this year. There's an obvious pattern. When Steelers go up against injured O line starting 2nd and 3rd string players like Vikings and Browns...the defense plays well. If the O line is competent, all bets are off. Bengals O line was good enough.
