Runs hard. However he is a prime candidate for CTE!!!

Sure wish we would have drafted Scattebo instead of Johnson. Also Dart looks like he will be a star in the league. Big Ben and Jack Ham both thought that we should have taken him in the first round.

It is funny, that is what I was thinking... Where are all those Steeler fans that Wanted the Steelers to draft Dart in the 1st round this year???

I was not one of them. I was thinking the Steelers were going with Shedeur Sanders.

Dart looks to be at least good, possibly very good. Scattebo is in the same boat.
I saw Dart play in some college games on TV. I thought he was a bit of a product of the RPO system he was in. But he proved it the SEC. He had the arm, was fairly mobile, and a gunner mentialty. A little prone to throw into coverage. Yet we passed on him.

I too felt he was a good selection for pick #21.

He has given hope to a bad NFL team.

Former Steeler QBs Wilson and Fields are awful this year. Their record vs. game won and lost is very bad.
IMO, The Steelers are a good QB away from winning in the playoffs.

Dart had some pretty impressive looking plays last night. I'm interested to see how he develops.

Go look at some highlights of his runs.
He finished the run by dishing out punishing hits on Eagles.

    Wow!

The Eagles defense wanted no part of Scattebo in the fourth quarter last night. He plays like the Tasmanian Devil.

The Eagles defense is soft once Carter isn't in there.

And off the subject, but this taunting rule is completely out of control. Now you're not allowed to just talk a bit of smack? The NFL finds new ways to ruin the game every year.

I'm not sure Dart is going to be a star and I think Harmon can be special, but you can certainly make the argument that the Steelers screwed up by passing on both guys.

Honestly, I don’t think the Steelers are that much better than Giants.

Dart was the QB I liked best in this class but there was no way the Steelers were going to pass on taking a DL in the first round.

Skatteboo is good but he might have a short career with the way he runs, he seems to take quite a few head shots with his running style. I saw him wincing on the sideline after one of those hits to the helmet.

From the Steelers perspective I don't think they were looking for a rookie QB to be a starter this season, and if they passed on Harmon in the first round they would've had to wait until the third round to address the DL.

Except the Steelers wouldn't have lost to Rattler and the Saints like the Giants did ;)

As of right now, 100% true.
Skat was better than Kaleb in college

But if people weren't saying this before the draft nobody wants to hear about it after the fact, it's just recency bias.

    It was mentioned during draft
Hell Skat was a one man team in playoffs
    Nah
    Lets go Kaleb

Steelers will be looking for another rb in next draft
While Rattler will still be starting :hehehe:

You do realize I was the one that started a Skatteboo draft thread, but it's too early to say they made a mistake in drafting Kaleb.

    I didn’t know that
You would be correct at this point
Skat will have a better NFL career than Kaleb, if he stays healthy
Did you see him do back flips after his td?

Can’t exactly call him a bust
    Drafted in 3 rd
I along with others was down on Najee
But our running game minus the Vikings game, is missing him
Like Warren, but like others have said, not durable enough.
Remind you of a former rb that now plays in Arizona.
But Warren not close to numbers that James Connor put up when healthy

I really wanted us to take Scattebo in the 3rd and I know Blast was banging the drum for him long before draft day. Scattebo's playoff game against Texas was one of the greatest college performances that I've ever seen.
