What's Cookin? first place bye week edition

i make one for steaks that is simple like this too. i usually use lemon juice but could use lime. the citrus breaks down the meat fibers to make steak very tender. crushed garlic, oil, lemon juice, just a little worchestershire, worchtershire, worchester, you know that stuff. not too much of it either. the longer it marinates the better it is. usually overnight. turn the meat over every now and then too. works for chicken too using citrus. keeps them juicy if grilling chicken boobs.

 

I use almost the same thing in marinating chicken, and pork, but I never have marinated beef, I can't say why, I just never have.

 

What kind of fish sauce???

 

I only eat beef that would be a fkn sin to marinate.

Absolutely. I'm just playing around being snooty. Marinades won't ruin ribeye. I try not to.
Liver is the only part of beef I can't enjoy. Everything else yes please
