Why allow them those excuses? Let's wait until they are fully healthy and then beat them.

The wins count whether the losing team has excuses or not.

It does suck both meetings are late in the season, it would've been nice to play them now and maybe get a win.

Of course they do. I would rather beat a team at full strength though. That way we get their best vs our best. To me that means more than just the check in the W column.

I get that, but I'd much rather have the better chance at getting the check.

teams don't seem to take that same tact when we are beat up as in years past. we have had our share already this year. i'll take those W's and could care less. i'd like to see a home playoff game or two or three in the same season again. :smiley1::cool:

I noticed that on the radio they were giving Ravens excuses by listing their injuries, I was like where was our list of injuries when we still won, and they were making fun of our D?

I don't about that this year since we play them in December and January. The way Steelers have been playing in December and January the past 3 years is not good. I hope this year is different... but the team seems to circle the drain after Thanksgiving.

Just because something has happened before doesn't mean it always will, or You can't believe the Bills , or the Lions will ever win a SB no matter what they show during the regular season

That is a little misleading when you look at last season, when they faced the toughest part of their schedule late. They were also without their only decent starting wide receiver for most of those games.

As I recall, the Steelers last 3 SB appearances occurred when either Brady was injured or someone else beat them prior to the AFCCG. I don't think we'd trade those 2 Lombardis in just because we didn't have to face Brady. We'll never know but I'm really glad it turned out the way it did. :thumbs up:

Yeah, but it would be easier to beat them right now ;)
