The ravens are in trouble.Their defense is awful and this unit is more and more depleted by injuries

And it certainly looks like they are losing to KC. They have issues on both sides of the ball as far as I can tell

It's still early, and things could change quickly, like last year, but I have more faith in the Steelers' chances of winning the AFC North than I did before today's games.

I've rarely seen the Ravens as vulnerable like that in the Lamar era, when he's healthy... Their defense can't stop anything, and their offense forgets to run the ball.

Jackson out with a hammy. They are getting their asses handed to them by the Chiefs.

Yeah the AFC North appears to be open for the taking. With Burrow gone and the Ravens collapsing it’s all right in front of us. I will say the Ravens schedule gets much easier now but they look hurt and dysfunctional.

Maybe the worst AFC north division ever!

Lots of football left but could be ours for the taking if we don’t drop a couple winnable games the next couple weeks.

If the Steelers have visions of an AFC North title they better take care of business after the bye with a 2-0 start. After that they have a buzz saw of games. I want to believe, but I have seen the collapse the last couple of years and the “age of the team” really shows after week 8 so I am extremely skeptical. The only difference, I see is Rodgers experience to win games and make throws, hopefully his age doesn’t show.

Zach Orr is no Mike McDonald. The brains behind that D is now HC in Seattle.

I think they'll rip off a half dozen wins given that candy schedule. They can still score a lot. That should be good enough against sad sack offenses.

Just like last year, Steelers get an early divisional lead. But I still expect the ravens to win the division in the end

Any one else notice Greg Olsen coaching our team last couple of minutes, there was no hesitation with what he wanted to do, while we were not sure, getting a delay of game, that was unfortunate. Let this game be a lesson going forward, we need to show more confidence in going for it in short yardage situations

If that is to happen the Ravens need a crap load of improvements. They have signficant amount of injuries including
Lamar. They don't look very good on either side of the ball.

The Ravens have given up 133 points in 4 games. The worst 4 game stretch in team history.

Ravens are #31 in the league in sacks. They have 4 in 4 games. They have two turnovers on defense.

From a Ravens board (watching PIT-MIN):
    • How do the Steelers just constantly force turnovers? Every week they’re turning the other team over it seems. Even when the Ravens defense is “good,” they don’t even force that many turnovers.
    • Pittsburgh's D is exactly what we thought ours would be this year.
    • Watching these ex Raven defensive players ball out while our defense sucks is diabolical
    • The Steelers are never bad. They will get their 8 or 9 wins. But they didn't look very good against the only good team they have faced so far. They are middle of the pack every year, though they do much more with the talent they have than the Ravens do. Much more.

    And what about their team?:
    • Humphrey’s downfall is apparent. Wiggins injured. Alexander a shell of his former self (probably due to injury). Hamilton looks like another Roquan getting paid massive money and making no impact plays. Starks is literally doing nothing as a 1st round pick…Understandably that they are getting put on an island because our pass rush may be the worst in the entire NFL, but they simply need to be better. What can they even do at this point if the pass rush doesn’t improve?
    • How is Kyle Hamilton so great if you never see him near the football on any given play?
    • We have 4 man coverage corners (Wiggins, Humphrey, Awuzie and Alexander) and they have them playing this zone heavy scheme. The defense does not attack or try to make splash plays, they just want to sit back and play Cover 3, Cover 4 and Cover 6 all game, but that does not work when your front gets no pressure on the QB. There are not havoc makers in the front 7 except Madabuike and he’s out. This defense is trending towards being historically bad.
    • Even if he wanted to, does Biscotti have it in him to fire Harbaugh? He picked him as HC. They won a SB. BFF's.
    • I had a feeling this was going to be a down year. I hated our offseason and draft. Trenches on both sides of the ball were weak as hell coming into the year. I had some hope the O line would improve but they're even worse than last year. EDC overinvested in the secondary and now our D line without Madubuike is cooked. We can't stop the run or rush the qb. Gonna be a long season, but I'm all for it as long as Harbaugh is canned and we get a nice high draft pick.
    • I for one was sick of hearing Nantz and Romo blathering about how Lamar is 3-9 against the Chiefs and Bills. BULL****! HARBAUGH is 3-9 (now 3-10) against those teams during Lamar's time here. But, as others have said, he will get a pass due to all the injuries.
    Carry on....
