benn a fan for over 60yyrs. love em , love them enough to boycot them until they fire Tomlin . Yes they were real bad in the 60s but they were tough and had grit ,under tomlin theyve become p.ssys and dumb p.ssys . No clock management , no game plan and on n on but worse soft, no longer men of steel . SO do luv them enough to say tomlin goes or the fans go and will no longer support the companies who advertize with them. Seems money is the only thing owners care about. not Steeler pride or us fans .

77 and auto-pen is a far left tactic and I do love the Steelers but tomlin has turned them into the squeelers , not the team of Noll or Bill . embarrassing

Pastor it is very simple. Money ruined sports for a lot of small markets.

I love the Steelers --Thats why we should get rid of underperforming coaches, players-and anyone who does not strive for the Steelers to be the leader in Superbowl wins forever---I don't give a f--k about Tomlin or Watt or Cam feeding his family until they win a Superbowl and put us ahead of every team--with wins --it's pathetic to keep losing in playoffs every year .Get the players you need who want to win --Not the Money grubbers who just get the money then suck--To me Boswell should be the highest paid player on this team more than Watt or Cam ..They should give their money to him--He is the only 1 trying hard --Besides Rodgers he wants to win too really bad. The Steeler way should not be --how much money can I get- it's how many Superbowl's can I win to get remembered forever as a great Hall of fame Super Steeler-Whew that's it thanks --

Sadly in todays sports world it's all about the $$$$$.

My friends and I have arguments about this. I always say if I was a great enough to be a Pro and the best at my position I'd stay a Steeler regardless of money. My friends tell me my loyalty would go out the window in favor of the big bucks. Dan Marino was an avid Steeler fan growing up. He was hoping they drafted him. He once told a reporter it was odd to him to have to try and beat the Steelers. That would be me. I'd probably always have a bad game against the Steelers on purpose.

i stay loyal to the team but it has changed along with the greedy NFL. i sold my season tickets after 50 plus years. i don't buy much to support them anymore. they have also gotten political which is never a good thing. you hurt they're wallet and things change. it and most things are the same follow the money.

I am far from a Tomlin supporter. But we lost 1 game. Can we relax and watch a bit more of the season before the boycott starts?

As someone who was just hitting my teens when the Steelers were putting together the greatest football team to ever hit the field, I always say that there is not a bigger fan than me. It is irrational to care this much about a sports team. But I am also a realist, I can say when they are not very good. It's been a few years since I went into games expecting them to win, regardless of the competition. And while I do think about boycotting the NFL in general, I hate the money these guys are making, I hate the international games, I hate that they are turning to streaming channels for some games, but as long as the Steelers exist, I will continue to watch. With all of that being said, I do think it is past time for Tomlin and the entire coaching staff to go.

So, you won't be posting on here anymore either, right? Just as well. You should be pastoring on Sundays anyway.

LOVE The Steelers, but my passion n belief went away a few years ago
Tomlin n Art have the franchise in a BIG ditch nnit ain't getting out until Mike is gone at a minimum, IMO

I still watch, but zero expectations of anything good and am surprised if things go well

Not a fair weather fan here. They will always be my team. However it does feel like 10 years of pergatory...... It is disheartening to see the same game plan, same outcome every year. I wonder if there is some common denominator for the past decade that is keeping us from getting over the hump...

Once had our Drill Sargent Alter Boy Priest ask us if we knew how they made Holy Water? He said "You put a big pot of water on the stove, turn the heat way up and burn the Hell out of it!" Maybe the Steeler ownership should learn from this advice.

I used to be a big pirates fan in the early to mid nineties. But season after season of futility and last place finishes wears on a fan. I dont follow them anymore but keep an eye out in case there are signs of life (they’re still my favorite baseball team).

i hope the Steelers don't become the Pirates

You do know if the Pirates had the same percentage of wins a year the Steelers average, that the Pirates would win 142 games a year, or there abouts. Think about that a minute.
