we don't have that all pro on the interior. they will punt at some point. believe it.

 

we have chase LB'ers. we don't have the old style plug the hole MLB for sure but wilson does a lot of good things as well for his young age. he will get better. by the way are you back in the states? all in one piece?

Kirkland was a BIG man and knocked offensive linemen down. and he wasn't slow.

This defense looks old and slow. Injuries already stacking up. I am always positive about Pittsburgh but this thing needs to seriously be evaluated, broken down and get what you can. As far as what is wrong with Isaac specifically?! Age; nothing more to it than that. Father time is undefeated and in 2025, we are seeing the beginning of the end for Isaac. Spencer Anderson was supposed to be a good replacement option but his Preseason left a lot to be desired. That tells me that Pittsburgh is likely to either invest in an IOL in either FA, the Draft or both.


For Defense?! A number of things really. Biggest ones though come down to the basics; poor execution on assignments, poor execution on tackling and poor execution on gap discipline as well as coverage discipline. Communication does play a part but definitely not to this extent; not by a long shot.
