The Steelers should've kept George Pickens for this season

I didn't like the trade at the time, but he'd worn out his welcome here, after numerous chances.

 

He's making plays in Dallas

 

Sad, but true!

 

GP does look good in Dallas, but it's only a matter of time before he does some stupid **** there.

 

Barely beat a very bad Giants team.

And Pickens with a stupid OPI in OT.

 

He had 3 catches for 35 yards before that TD. Hardly a great performance.

 

i think the reason that penalty was called is because its his reputation of things he has done. most other WR in that poition at that part of game dont get that penalty called on them

If you were going to get rid of him anyway and he was still under contract AND you’re bringing in ARod and DK for one all in run at it. Why not keep him for the season then unload him? ARod DK and George. That’s a lot to deal with for a Defense.

 

George Pickens had 5 rec for 68 yards 13.6 AVG with 1 TD.

Any Steeler WRs do better than that today??? "Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner"
