even though they might suck --I will never turn my back on my BUT I WILL COMPLAIN

 

Preseason rally:

 

on a run if I recall correctly.

 

In the off season a lot were hoping we would suck for arch manning.

 

That was a hell of a game.

 

Our well compensated #1 WR drops more passes than he catches.

 

That was always his MO

 

They just had a hell of a game against Miami. I could see them smoking us. It is in Their stadium.

 

Hard to feel optimistic…

oh yeah 1 more thought is Rodgers afraid to pass Bret Favre on the TD lis--t it seems like it.

 

Worst Steelers team since the late 90's.

 

At least in the late 1990s,they had some young players who was coming like Ward,Porter,Faneca

This team is old like crazy!

 

3rd and long on defense is an absolute disaster, and has been for years.

 

1999 was a bad season...but yeah, there was hope

 

Bettis was the entire offense.

 

Their scheme on defense have been outdated in the last 12-15 years...On offense this is garbage since Haley left

 

Arch Manning knows where he wants to play and it’s not Pittsburgh. If the Saints are not in position to draft him, he’s returning for another year

 

Yeah, if you live and die by Watt … if he goes cold it will be a long day.

Last time I checked there are 10 other guys out there with him. Why can’t we expect a play from the ILB, ROLB, NT, DE, S, CB’s, etc.

Is our defense that vanilla, that nobody else is put into a position to make plays?

I think our defense is praying the opponent will throw it 50 times, but we are absolutely not built to stop the run…It’s year in and out…I think it’s the scheme.


I’m ready to move on from Highsmith, he is always hurt.

 

Never given up on the Steelers and wont start now. This is not a very good football team and with the Oline it will not get better. Just think how we feel watching the Oline play. imagine what the players on the field think. The Def so far in 2 games has done nothing well. If it wasnt for the jets and seahawks Off making mistakes neither game would have been close. Will it get better? i sure hope so but until this team gets coached better (make adjustments) we have little chance to beat the better teams.the jets and seahawks arent very good teams.Steelers need vocal leaders on the field and sideline. someone to light the fire

The late 80s teams were rough to watch. But at least we had a d that tried to stop people. We pay these guys a fortune and they flat out suck against the run # 8 is the worst lb at tackling in the league. Untouched qb went by like he was a cone
