    People act like coming of of the Achilles is freaking a simple thing, not counting the mental aspects of it. I think before the season is over, we will be surprising some people.

    By X factor I take it as the biggest unknown. In that case I'll have to go with Brod Jones. He can be anywhere from total disaster to solid blind side protector who improves and limits mistakes more as the season goes on. He was a raw project when drafted, and is just as much an unknown today.

    Broderick Jones, a 42-year-old QB, Roman Wilson, and Jalen Ramsey.

    Those are players that can significantly alter the team's success. All four of these are also people that we are not sure how they're going to do this year. So I would call them all x factors.
