They took the equipment and announcers etc there and paid the expense so they certainly own the rights to their telecast

But it does seem like there should be a way for someone to put all of these together do someone like you could watch the game with the local announcers and pre/post game etc

Because it is the NFL and they always have that section about them owning the broadcast and the broadcast rights of the game. My question only applies to the preseason games where the NFL is allowing a local TV station to broadcast the game.

I would still think the NFL owns the rights to everything that is filmed in a preseason or regular season game.

I agree the NFL would certainly have some rights but the NFL also could not show the local stations broadcast

That was my point if it didn’t come out well
