So if you have 20 kids, and they try out for football, and fail, and I don't have any that try out, and fail, You're better??? I still don't understand that logic. Now if you want to compare people that actually succeed, then I get it.

Big deal a bunch of guys got hired off of Belichick's name, and on their own they aren't good HCs.

True but some are or were very good assistant like Romeo Crennel,Josh McDaniels,Brian Flores, etc

You can be a poor head coach but a very good assistant coach.Dick LeBeau and Steve Spagnolo are 2 other good example of that

When Ryan Clark gets a HC job and starts hiring his own coordinators maybe I'll listen to his opinion on how that should be done. Until then it's just hot air. I've had my own issues over coordinators for the Steelers over the years and it doesn't seem to matter who the HC was. They all made bad hires. They all had to take on extra duties because of those bad hires.
Should not have hired, should have hired, fired too soon, didn't fire soon enough,..... all opinions.
Except for Matt Canada. That's one unanimous.

Ryan Clark sees how Stephen A Smith has made 10’s of millions of dollars by creating controversy and he has chosen that fork in the road path. All he needs now is to get the screaming part of the act down and he will be a star on ESPN also.
