Desperado was good, and Interview with a Vampire was ok, and The Hit Man's Wife's Bodyguard was pretty good.

I still really enjoyed one of his firsts - Andromeda Strain, both the book and the movie.

    I enjoyed Thunderbolts.

They seemed to avoid all the WOKE BS that Disney is pushing right now. They kept it tight and didn't try to bring in any extra characters from other movies that they are trying to push because of bad ratings. I know Disney added the "The New Avengers" tag to the movie right before it was released.

Also keep in mind that I know absolutely nothing about the Thunderbolts comics, so I have no idea if it was true to the comic or not.

Watched Heretic the other night. I just had trouble with Hugh Grant in that role. Hard to picture him evil. Topher Grace has come a long way since That 70's Show.

An interesting flick on Hulu - 2024's "Long Distance". A Sci-Fi about an Asteroid Mining Behemoth Spacecraft that runs amok. Think Alien(s) meets Arachnophobia meets Demolition Man (the humor parts). LOL. Pretty well done.

I want to see it because I like the Russian wannabe Cap'n America. He was in the Black Widow movie also.

I'll be looking for that. Speaking of which, I'm excited about the new series Alien's Earth.

Took me an entire week but finally finished watching the directors cut of Rebel Moon on Netflix. I enjoyed it. I can't really give much of a critique because it was just so dang long.

At an hour a day that would be about a week.

For me the 2movies were unrememberable. I barely remember the originals, but can't say I remember these Zach Snyder versions any better.

Now The Justice League version done by Snyder I really like for the added Flash content.

Sort of reminded me of The Magnificent 7 meets the Hunger Games meets Rogue One.

LoL. That's kind of how He described it.
I believe I read somewhere that He originally wrote it for a Star Wars story, or something to that effect, and then was turned down, and so decided to change things up, and make it ,it's own thing. Now don't take that as the whole , set in stone truth, but unless I dreamed it, I read that somewhere.
