His highlight real looks real good....He's fast & strong. reminds me alittle of MJD or Russel martin...
I don't hear alot of people talking about him and i know we brought him in for a visit.
Maybe his troubles in 2012 could get us a steal.....Is he worth a 3rd? Would he be there when we pick inrd3?
    Any thoughts?

He's another one of those players with all the physical capabilities in the world and a 10 cent head. How do you possibly over sleep for team interviews at the combine? You're looking at making millions for playing football and somehow manage to oversleep. My ass would have wake up calls scheduled every 15 minutes 2 hours in advance and a dozen alarm clocks set around the room. I read an article somewhere where he was called the biggest risk in the draft due to injury history and character issues.

What is up with Giovanni Bernard?

Early in the draft process people were saying he is a Lesean McCoy clone, but people are now bumping him down to the 4th best back.

I haven't seen anywhere any reason why his draft stock has cooled off????

I like Michaels talent for sure, he looks like a good North South power runner when he has to be.

Looks like the anti-Mendenhall, no dancing behind the line, finds the hole quick and hits it hard. I love his running style. I understand he may have a bit of an attitude though.

I think he goes in the 3rd with the depth in the draft at the position. I'd love to get him there. He does seem to have attitude problems, but from what I've read in interviews he comes off as having a huge chip on his shoulder... He didn't get the carries he wanted at A&M and he wants to prove to people he's a stud... I'm ok with that.

He's probably the best fit for our new scheme of all the backs in this draft too.

I'm still seeing him projected as a second round prospect.

He's explosive and has great vision, but if you didn't like Mendenhall's attitude last year, then you'll hate this kid. I think he's got too many red flags for the Steelers. Back to back season ending injuries that required surgery. Poor attitude when workload was reduced. Taking to Twitter to complain about coaches. Oversleeping for combine interviews. I'm probably forgetting something.

I agree, its hard to hear about all his red flags, because he comes off being hungry and a competitor in interviews...

It's the whole chicken or egg thing with him and carries. From what I've read he wasn't getting carries because the coach kept benching him for having a messed up attitude.

I hear another knock on him is injuries/only one phantom year of production.

He broke his leg one year and then tore an ACL the next.

They should draft Bell, definitely pass on Michaels.
