"Ramsey was regularly late to practices and would constantly undermine former defensive coordinator Vic Fangio and head coach Mike McDaniel."

"Ramsey’s attitude reportedly spread to other team members, causing countless problems last season. "

I know a lot of y'all were really butthurt when pickens missed practice. So does this one butthurt you more? Specially since Ramsey undermined his coaches and caused locker room problems, As well was regularly late?

Yeah. it was so bad that Miami decided to give Ramsey a contract extension last year .

I'd be more worried about how he and Metcalf will coexist at training camp than his attitude towards coaches later down the road. Use him for football and then shuffle him off to his life's work as quickly as possible.

Those two things aren't mutually exclusive. The Dolphins can give him an extension and he can still be mad at the coaching staff and acting out. Used to be money made guys behave or they dont get the money. Now a days it's yeah you gave me all this money but I will still do what I want, you dont own me.

Yeah I saw a click bait video where a fan told Metcalf that Ramsey was his daddy, then Metcalf on a podcast saying Ramsey couldn't cover him one on one, then tape of Ramsey shutting him down, the two getting physical and nearly coming to blows after a play. Figured they were trying to create drama.

I think the perception of him as a problem child (well not child anymore) is overblown. I read contradictory things about him. Some say he's a troublemaker with an attitude problem, while some say he's a quiet leader who works very hard and sets an example. Depends who you want to believe I guess.

I just watch the games. Don't much care how the players behave in meetings, and interact with each other and coaches. Very few NFL players can be classified as 'choir boys'. They all have issues, they all act out.

It was crazy bad this year that they got rid of him, after giving him s big contract last year.

Wait are you admitting metcalf and Ramsey are bigger problems?

(For the record anyone reading this, Pickens, Metcalf and Ramsey I'm fine with their problems. And I think the media makes up a lot of stuff as well).

The media loves making up things and blowing things out. I feel they have done that with metcalf, Pickens and now Ramsey.

I saw an article yesterday making fun of ESPN over the Watt situation. They said the Steeler fans can rest easy because one ESPN source said they are nearing a deal with Watt. Then they said Steeler fans should be worried as another ESPN source said they could trade him to the Packers because of the Wisconsin connection. They said it's OK source 1 should trump source 2 because source 1 is Fowler and he is pretty good so we should rest easy an extension is near. Except source 2 is also Fowler who says he should come home to Wisconsin and play for the Packers. Literally can't make this stuff up.

That beat writer could be Miamis version of Dulac but if true, it wouldn’t surprise me for this team trade one malcontent for another.

But until/if Ramsey disrupts the team he gets a clean slate.

Ramsey is not going to quit on the field like Pickens did. He doesn't have a history of doing that.

Some of y'all really need to Google before you open your mouth.

2019 after week 2 he had words with the Jaguars coach on the sideline, in public view. Requested a trade And then claimed he was hurt (therefore articles came out he faked an injury to quit on the team. He claimed a flu, back pain, etc to why he couldn't play. Not the team, but him said why he would not play).

He has a track record with jaguars as well of meeting only the minimal rules in meetings, and not giving putting in a lot at training camps.

Not familiar with any of his history with other teams but as long as he doesnt do it here and especially quit on plays, I’m good.

If he does it here, I’ll call it out just the same. Was the biggest DJ fan here but turned on him quick once he started that bs on the field.

If he did fake injuries to miss playing in games 6 years ago then that isn't good but I still haven't seen proof that once he does take the field that he doesn't give 100%. Pickens watched a defender intercept a pass then jogged to the bench instead of trying to make the tackle. All he needed to do was make a half hearted effort on a block for Warren to score a TD but instead he just stood there and watched Warren get tackled short of the goal line. I haven't seen evidence of Ramsey quitting while he is on the field like Pickens has done.
