James Harrison or Jason Worilds my pick is Worilds he had 5 sacks last season as a backup 1 less than Harrison. James will be playing in a 4/3 defense and the Bengals have a good D-line those guys get most of the sacks. I see Worilds getting 8-10 sacks this season and he should be motivated going into his contract year.

Worilds. Age and health aside, I believe Harrison will struggle in the 4-3.

I hope Worilds has a monster season with sacks in the multiple digits. However, JH may surprise you with a big year next season.

If Worilds does have a breakout season are the chances high that we won't be able to keep him? I'd hate to see us as strapped for cash as we are now.

I'm with you on the Harrison big year. I think as far as getting to the QB and run stopping, he'll be better since he's not going to have to be engaged with the OL and be arm barred every snap!

He's absolutely a beast as far as getting himself into shape and was getting better as the year went on. He hasn't let up the gas at all this off-season.

I'm with you Lizard on this one, I think we will see a beast in Harrison this year. I wish we could of kept him another year or two. I think that Worilds has some speed rush but not as strong against the run and he will get pushed around some. Maybe he will do the opposite of Woodly and actually get stronger and surprise us!;)

Worilds. I think JH is going to have a solid year but think Worilds will benefit from a ticked off Woodley and teams will not scheme towards Worilds since Woodley looks like the probowl OLB he could and should be.

    that's okay bft
i've purchased blazers with shoulder pads there before and sacked quite few people at work so it is relevant :smiley1:
i felt at the time of my reply that a better question would have beeen Worilds vs woodley
nothing against steelerrules6 question but Harrison is gone and i'm only focused on our two olb.

i pick worilds over both COMBINED but more importantly ,barring injury , worilds will shame woodley IMO:cool:

As much as I WANT to say Worilds... I just can`t...
(Just like I can never remember which of the letters in his name are supposed to be doubled, kinda like the player formerly known as Silverback...)
I truly hope he proves me wrong, but my gut feeling is that Harrison has a better year with the Bungles, than Worillds has with us...
    (PUKE)...
Again, I REALLLLLYYY hope I`m wrong on this, but our kids on the o-lin better come ready to play the second week of the season, at the Bungles home opener, on Mon, nite, or Ben may wish he had only wrecked his bike...
James is gonna be coming with BIG TIME attitude...
And I1`ve seen what he can do in that mood.
Always cheered for it... `Cause he did it for us...
Now, He`s the enemy, and we are his...
Buckle up, Boys in the Black n Gold!!!
    GO STEELERS!

Chris Rainey. He'll pack more in a single shift at the grocery store.

Harrison isn't going to do much from the 4-3 olb spot. He will have a bunch of tackles but the explosion isn't there anymore. A 4-3 olb lines up behind the de so that's even further that he has to go now.

I picked Worilds also. I liked what I saw from him last year. I don't know why everyone is so down on him really.
