After acquiring Jalen Ramsey, this defense doesn't have a single hole, andbon paper, the offense isn't very far behind.....
Any further failure now and the coaches absolutely have to be held accountable....
With the players we have on both sides, you have to look at the scheme....
This is a make or break year for all the coaches from top to bottom

That's debatable...... near as I can tell, the only thing holding the team back is competent qb play..... if A.A.Ron turns back the clock just a little, then KC may be looking over their shoulder at more than just Baltimore and Buffalo

    Trade Minka? WTF.

Hey a lot of players show flashes in camp when it is just shorts. Thinking Thornhill is good enough to replace Minka is idiotic.

Jalen's best years are behind him and it didn't bring us an outside WR.

This reeks of making a move for the sake of making a move.

The NFL is geared for Offenses. So I'd not agree with being able to hang with KC.

Pat Mahomes and company can score many ways.
If Rogers were Rogers of 2019, 18, 17.... and we had Devonte Adams in his prime... then yes.
The defense might grade closely, but definitely not the offenses.

True we still aren't quite there with the big 3 in the AFC but I think we are going into the season being the #4 or 5 best team in the AFC. You never know in the playoffs, 2 of these top 3 teams will probably play each other in the divisional round and then you just need one upset to reach the conference championship game.

Yeah, but they won't need Ramsey to cover the other teams WR1. I think he will be moved all over the secondary.

The Chiefs won't be on top forever as the Eagles showed.

Do the moves the Steelers just made put us on the same level as either of those teams?

For the people who believe that the Kansas City Chiefs will be on top in 2025, I would remind people to go back and look as to how many 1 score games Kansas City won in 2024; 12 total. That is simply not normal and moreover, not likely to happen again. Strength of Schedule in addition to the team having seven total Prime Time games is one aspect. However, there is another.

No one on the board is going to say Pat Mahomes isn't the best QB in football; he is. The question has never been about him being the best. The question should have been how much longer will he remain the undisputed number one. From 2019-2022, there isn't a better QB. However, 2023 to 2024?! Kansas City was carried hard by those Defenses. Mahomes made his plays of course but more games were won by the Chiefs Defense than it was by Mahomes. If anything, his 2024 stats are some of the worst of his career.

Again, is Mahomes going to fall off in 2025?! I severely doubt it. However, are teams like Buffalo, Houston, Baltimore or even Los Angeles closer than others believe?! Without a doubt.
