If it is for either Josh Simmons or Will Johnson, I wouldn't call that no reason. Both are far more valuable than their draft spots dictate; doubly so in Simmons' case. He was the best OT of his Class prior to his injury. Getting him back to 100%, with Jeff Stoutland teaching him, gives Philly a great blindside protector for the future.

That would make more since, they did the trade to prevent a team from jumping them

I read somewhere that Big Ben wanted to be on the scouting team. That would be amazing!

To the surprise of no one.

I still wonder if both Grant and Harmon were available, who would the team pick?!

Wow, 3 games. You do know it’s a 16 game season? I also remember him losing a bunch.

Tremaine Edmunds lite is Jihaad Campbell. Very much of the same player. Zach Baun can teach him the ropes.

In exchange, Philly gets a lot of speed and coverage in the middle.

That makes sense. Eagles need to replace LB. Their defense is full of Alabama and Georgia players

The Eagles just got the best LB in the draft.

Potentially by far and away. I say potentially because Carson Schwesinger can be better if put in the right system.

I actually feel sorry for Najee. He's a solid back! Just needs to work on his vision, and long speed.

It will be curious to see if we even see Sanders tomorrow . I remember when JPJ went to the NFL draft and was not selected in the first round. He got the hell out of town and went back home to Pittsburgh the next day, rather than sticking around to sit in the green room for another day

    Seemingly no weaknesses.

    Front Four?! Stout.

    Linebackers?! Now, stout.

    Secondary?! Stout.

My goodness. Repeat Super Bowl Champs isn't out of the question.

They only gave up another 5th to move up one spot. Worth it to the Eagles.

Chiefs need OLine help, Josh Simmons is a great choice.

    So....

Kansas City gets arguably the best OT in the entire Class in Josh Simmons. Dammit.

If they really like Sanders and if he slips past the Browns at 33, what’s the chance they package Pickens and picks to make a deal with the Titans? Cam Ward needs some targets. Who they have today puts fear into no one

They did lose 3-4 guys from their front four in the offseason.

Tyler Warren went higher than I thought he would he go. That said, Ben Johnson has worked with a great Tight End in Sam LaPorta so it shouldn't come as too much of a surprise. Kenneth Grant going to Miami shouldn't have been that much of a shock given how Miami needed IDL help even worse than the Steelers did.

Biggest surprise for me was Jacksonville picking Travis Hunter. They'd better have a plan for him for he is unlike any player I have ever scouted. You cannot play him via one position. He has to play both.

Sorry but he's much more than just a run stopper NOW. He is a true 34 DT playing at a high level. We have been WAITING FOR YEARS to be able to draft a DT like him! Plug and play day one starter. I did like Grant a bit more, and you see where he went. We were LUCKY to have Harmon fall to us only because he's a true 34 DT rather than a 43. Plus he has rotated to NT for the Ducks.
