How much longer can Steelers fans stand watching this anemic offense and overrated defense led by Tomlin year after year? They're actually depressing to watch, win or lose, TJ is their only saving grace. Does anyone really think that Tomlin will ever lead the Steelers to a SB again? Hell, I don't think he'll ever get past the 1st round in the playoffs, that's if he's even lucky to have that opportunity again. Who else out there would be a better replacement for Tomlin than Bill Belichick? I mean, Belichick has forgotten more about football than Tomlin will ever know. They should've never extended Tomlin, that just prolongs the Steelers chances of ever being a true SB contender again.

H to the E to the double L no.

Tomlin may not understand Offense in the way someone like Andy Reid does but Belichick is in the Precambrian Period when it comes to Offense all together. Another thing to note against Belichick?!

I am old enough to remember what Belichick looked like without Brady; :puking 3:.

Tomlin, at the very least, can win games without Big Ben. Belichick without Brady?! Not so much.

Hoping for an offensive minded coach next and aside from that, I cant see the Rooneys ever hiring Belichick. Plus the guy is like 75.

Get me someone who knows offense.

Just how much Ben carried this team is now abundantly clear.

Not arthur fault he has to work with a QB who is missing wide open targets and a kid playing conservative.

Wilson is not afraid to throw deep and in cross traffic.

What would you say about bringing in Belichick as the DC?

Fields is missing open people, but he's playing how Mike "I'mma living in my fears again" Tomlin is telling him too, same with Arthur Smith, no-one can flourish under MT on offense. I don't think Fields is scared to throw downfield at all. If you look at the Steelers for the last several years, no-one has been throwing over the middle.

If you think 34 year old Wilson is fixing this offense then good luck with that. The whole thing is a giant mess and has been for years, nothing ever changes on offense.

It wasn't Fields who left us with one legit WR who is a ****ing headcase either...

I would not on the ex-New England coach.

But I would grab Saleh and get him on staff to send Austin packing this summer.
His Defenses are like Steeler defenses should be.
It's a radical pipe dream, you just can't do that...

I would do this in a heartbeat on the condition he relinquishes some control as in he does not have full control on personnel decisions meaning Omar Khan and Wiedl stay in place and Arthur Smith stays in place. I would love his discipline and his defensive coaching. They wouldn’t have problems with Pickens guaranteed and they would have the top defense in the league by far. The offensive line would be lights out as well.

I’m talking about Tomlin. I want an offensive minded coach whenever that day comes that they move on from him.

As far as Wilson goes, he doesnt like to throw to the MOF so Im not sure how well that will go. However we have seen Fields be successful when he does it.

Well, Tomlin hasn't won any playoff games since Ben retired. To me, that's all that really counts.

Well, that just strengthens my argument in regards to how inept Tomlin has been in post-season for the last 14 years, which even goes back to when Ben was still in his prime.

Tomlin didn't throw 4 interceptions against the Browns in the playoffs, Ben did .

Is this a troll post... or are you serious? It's obvious that Thomas Edward Patrick Brady was the QB and OC in all of those Super Bowls runs.... and Belichick was nothing more than a glorified defensive coordinator who happened be the HC for Patriots. Steelers would be better off hiring Brady as OC... than Belichick as HC. :roflmao:

In 2025, I'd start at HC with either OC Johnson or Kubiak.

Saleh as defensive coordinator. Keep Arthur Smith as OC.

Here’s a complete pipe dream, Madden 2025 level trade suggestion. Trade MT to the Jets for their 1st in 2025 and Lazard or Wilson. Preferably Wilson but… Hire Saleh as HC and let him focus on the Defense while Smith does his things on Offense. The season is basically written off after that, but if we are rebuilding then let’s go all out

Saleh as DC not HC. We need an offensive mind at HC.
