    1. Stop being so predictable with running the ball on first down most of the time.
    2. They gave Muth that new contract give him more targets, they especially need to feature Muth and Washington more in the redzone.
    3. Teams are stacking the box to stop the run, let Fields change the play and throw it down field more.

Stop all that Jumbo crap, you can't just push these teams around . And With a weapon like Fields, you spread the Defense out and open up the run option.

I’d tell the NFL script writers to lay off our offensive linemen

    2024 offense is set.

    injuries have set it, HARD.

largely is what it is, but:

    1) THROW the ball on first down more often
    2) and THROW it deep on first down a time or two. You have this guy named C Austin, USE HIM.
    3) Tell Tomlin to stay out of the offensive play planning room the REST of the season.

Tomlin the the albatross. He was part of the Canaduh problem too....

The same thing that should have been fixed before the season started. Get a legitimate #2 receiver. What is the status of Roman Wilson btw?

He is a rookie who missed the entire preseason and the start of the regular season. He has work to do before he can become a productive part of the offense.

Lose the rest of games so we can get high draft pick and hopefully get a franchise QB. Kidding.

Funny, I thought we had everything but a QB at start of season with Wilson hurt. I know about the O line but I thought Warren and Harris would get it done. Now with Fields seeming to be getting in the groove in the Burg I feel we just need health and our O will keep us in the games. Harris had a down game. Doesn't mean it will happen each week. We get Warren back opposing defenses are going to have to have their head on a swivel.

I agree with those mentioning the predictability of the playcalling. If the run game is working then it doesn't matter so much. But when I'm sitting across the Atlantic calling out the plays before they happen, that's a problem.

A lot of those....not all, but some... are only there to set up the Qb options.

    1. Stop first down from being a run 95% of the time. It is too predictable.
    2. Take the hand off to Najee, Najee tries to get to the sideline and beat the defenders play out of the book. Rip that page up and burn it.
    3. At the end of practice every day, keep Fields and Frazier for another 4 hours. Let them practice all variations of the snap over and over until it is 100% flawless.
    4. Tight ends, center of the field, slant routes.....
    5. Figure out what needs to be done to make 4th and less than 1 a reliable play call.
    6. Assign a personal servant to Boswell. Someone to bring him snacks, fluff his pillows, Polish his shoes, and to massage that right foot.

I would like to see them fake a pitch out. Do the exact same play with the same formation and watch the defense fall for it.

They could, but plays have to be effective to make a fake work. That play hasn't been effective very often.

This is so true and obvious and amazes me that we keep doing the same things over and over and constantly put us in 3rd and long.

I think the offense is basically ok.
What I want to see is some shots taken downfield to get the rush off the QB. Use some of that speed those WR's supposedly have, go deep. It's amazing the effect that has on DB's.
Even drop a few passes in the TE Drag Zone when the blitzing LB's vacate there.

With Najee, I want to see north/south runs.... that's his bread and butter.
Warren is the scat back guy.

As far as Fields running, take a tip from how Washington is using Jayden Daniels.

Sometimes receivers aren't getting targets because they aren't open. This isn't like Pickens, who you might throw to even if he is covered.

But they have set up a Qb run, and a Qb option off of it a few times.
