He can, of course, say whatever he wants, but he should be concerned enough about how this game is going to do something about it during half time and during the 2nd half. But being concerned doesn't equal being panicked.

Honestly, I'm more concerned about that than anything else right now.

We will really see in this game how much of a superstar Watt really is. He needs to make some splash plays and the defense doesn’t only need to stop them but we need a short field turnover to set up a score. I don’t see this mash unit driving the length of the field for 3 scores.

Forgot about that. Anderson with that dumb PF on his first snap absolutely killed them early.

The only guy that was doing anything on offense, and he gets injured. Just one of those days

I agree - he said we are getting the ball back. If the team can regroup, and get a TD on the opening drive, then it is a game again. Need a big start.

The game would also probably look pretty different if the Defense didn't drop the ball on what could have been 3 easy turnovers.

It’s the way that you lose that matters in this regard. You can be prepared and lose. Hard to say a team is prepared when they get blown out. Look at GB… got Love back and are getting blown out. Were they ready to go today? Or just an unlucky loss?

The players need to take responsibility for being mentally prepared, remember
the other team is being paid also.

OMG.....the "steelers" scored? Not to worry though, said "steelers" would have to score at least 17 in the 2nd half. They no can do.

We aren’t out of it if we don’t score on the opening drive.

And it seems to be a habit for Tomlin's teams so much more than anyone else. So much so that it seems to be more than just a typical loss to a bad team when it comes to Tomlin.

We’ve just squandered all our opportunities… didn’t recover a fumble, dropped a pick, fumbled in the red zone, had a personal foul in opposing territory… gotta cash some of those in

I disagree. Show some fire. Say we failed in many aspects of the game and we’re going into the lockeroom to get it fixed.

Yeah it’s definitely one of his deficiencies. Consistency in preparation and effort, particularly in games where we are favored or heavily favored. He generally doesn’t have this issue when we’re big underdogs.

This opening drive will tell us everything we need to know about what will happen the rest of the game. If they come out and drive the ball down the Colts' throats with down with a big TD, they might just have a great comeback.

If they come out looking as inept and impotent as ever, then it's over.

    21, 26, 28, 24...

Those are the Steelers offensive rankings in the past 4 years.

That 24th is this year and is going to go up after today.

The offense is just so hard to watch and predictable.

Put in Wilson, enough of the scripted run plays and 3 yard slant passes to finish the game.

He even said they aren't built to come from behind.

14 points from this offensive scheme is almost impossible
