I love pickling my banana peppers in medium heat…also love pickled okra

 

I love to mix the lima beans in mashed potatoes.

Dude. I eat pickled anything. My buddy made some pickled sausage, eggs, peppers, okra, onions, and other things all in one jar. It was fantastic

 

Salt and pepper

I’m sort of purist

Maybe some garlic powder

You want the steak dry so it sears and not steam

You just have to be patient during pickling process. Dont touch for a month.

My wife and her friend make sweet pickled jalapeños every year

Grew 22 plants this year and was told to increase it next year
