What we should say is that MT has done a great job vs. JH, in the past 6-7 years. Much more than just a QB.....

3 times that I can remember.
Whatever You say about Tomlin....His teams against running Qb are pretty dang good.....add Newton, Watson, and Lamar Jackson together, and they only have one win, and that was Lamar against Duck Hodges, and it took a fumble in overtime , , and a field goal for Lamar to win that one, because we were driving when JuJu coughed it up.....otherwise Tomlins Steelers wouldn't even have that loss.

 

I don’t think it’s against the Steelers per say but the League has gotten too greedy for primetime games jeopardizing players health.

It's weird... Tomlin has success against QB like Lamar, Newton but he couldn't beat QB like Tebow in a playoff game or Terrell Pryor back in 2013 vs raiders

 

last Jan would have been very interesting IF Ravens needed it. they of course did not, sat most the team.

And another thing who is weird...The steelers had so much struggle against the ravens in the period of 2011 to 2016 when they had only 3 wins in 12 games against them at one point but since the crucial win in christmas game in 2016,the ravens beat us only 4 times since that time and 2 of those win by the ravens was in 2019....Of course,the games are for the most part always decided by one possession or less and often in the final 2 minutes in the Harbaurgh-Tomlin era,so no easy game for both team in this rivalry no matter who is in the roster

 

The thing need to be mentionned,the ravens have played against the steelers with Lamar just once in Baltimore and it was in 2020 in a empty stadium

 

You have been on here since 2020 and you don't get the green font .

 

Everyone can have an off game....also....if Ryan Clark can play....that game doesn't come down to that play against Tebow.

 

Dude....let's not act like Lamar just started playing. This year is already his 7th season in the league.

I don't think the NFL is out to get the Steelers, but the league did screw them over just for their tv purposes. To make it even worse was that league official doing interviews saying the backloaded division schedule wasn't intentional.

The bears have also 6 division game in their final 8 games....

 

Whoever has the healthy #1 QB at the end of the season will win the AFC North. I like the Steelers chances. The chances of Wilson, Watson, Burrow and Jackson ALL being healthy at the end of the year are slim to none.

Good thing for the Steelers.... Russell Wilson is the most durable of all 4 starting AFC North QBs!

 

You can only play what is on the schedule. Barring injuries we will be fine.
