McCormick went around were I had him. Would have picked him a bit earlier in all honesty. Excellent depth value here.

Damn...Mason z Mccormick! Kid is a flat out gamer...beast! Watched him play in person, and he appears to have "it" we are building a damn FORTRESS for the offensive to thrive...love it!

Why is this team so resistant to putting value into the cornerback position? They better sign Sutton now.

I like the value of the player, but there was value in the secondary and the Steelers have a much bigger need there.

More in the trenches? I love that. But I'm sorry WR and CB is glaring.

    I am elated quite personally.

Seems Omar Kahn has seen enough of arguably the leagues worst Offensive Line. Doing all he can to fortify those trenches. Still need a CB but maybe that happens next: IDL even.

4th round. Very few of them contribute right away to help win now.

They certainly had other needs there. Don't love the CB, DL or WR rooms right now. Another S and OLB would've worked, too.

But he's not likely to play this season, if they picked a CB there he would play, now they don't have a pick until the 6th round .

Maybe the team isn't as comfortable with Nate Herbig and Spencer Anderson as the only two IOL depth options. Not too much behind them. Best to get some rock solid depth there.

Not flashy but I like the oline investment.

Perhaps not but the depth of the IOL isnt as big as others think.

Nate Herbig and Spencer Anderson; that is, more or less what the team has at this point.

That would make sense. But I really don't know if they will.

Maybe the steelers will trade Daniels in the next few month...He is in his last year of his contract....

McCormick could be a stud. With all these OL in, I hope Moore gets moved for something now.

Kid looks like he has a mean streak in him. No problem with us addressing the OL, which was a weak spot for the past 4 years. And remember, we have Trice. Coaches must feel comfortable about his recovery and progress

    Oh... snap!! Just remembered something!!

James Daniels contract is coming up soon! I understand the team has some cap flexibility but in the event that the team cannot sign James Daniels long term, Mason McCormick could be the answer there. Needs some time in the weight room and some more NFL Experience but he should be ready to go in 2025.

Still a great depth option regardless if Daniels is extended or not but just thinking about the worst case scenario in case it doesn't happen; injuries of course also.

Tomlin and Kahn met with Sutton. I'll be that happens. Doubt there's too much interest in him. Could bring in Boyd. 2 of DT/Edge/S in 6th.

Depth never hurts, but this looks more like a possible development/FA departure fill in. I know our guys are signed for another year or 2, you try and keep them (if warranted), but always good to have your future in your back pocket (so to speak)
