Glad to see this! Legit passing coordinator would be great.

Also want to see a top QB coach brought in.

Normally I would like this but Noah Strackbein has never had a single piece of inside information

Every post is just a regurgitation of someone else’s speculation and rumor

And his headlines are excessively misleading and/or exaggerated

Other than that I enjoyed the post

Actually hope they are interviewing more names than what was reported.

Also, with the Raiders back in the market for an OC, Sullivan may still get that job. That would be another hole needing to be filled for QB coach.

Sullivan didn’t do well with Kenny

    Sullivan hasn’t helped Mitch

Exactly why is he still employed let alone being considered for promotion

Sullivan did a pretty good job with Mason. It's possible that the reason certain people don't develop is because they just don't have it.

Rudolphs development has more do with working out with Tom House at the QB Ranch in the off season for the last several years.

Trubisky was much worse than he had ever been in his career and Pickett regressed in year two. That reflects poor work by both Sullivan and Canada. Rudolph putting together a few good games against defenses that either suck or were sitting their key guys doesn't change that.

in addition to what the steelers get, it is important what the competition loses.
browns to lose OL coach Callahan.
    ravens lose DC mcdonald.

Maybe just maybe they should have waited and hired an Offensive Coordinator that can handle all aspects of the Offense with innovative ideas and brings in their own staff.

    But here we are...

Completely agree. I would have liked them to have waited and interviewed one of the two teams remaining in the SB and tried to pick someone off of their staff to lead our team even if it meant breaking the bank. Both those offenses seem to operate with great fluidity and score lots of points. Arthur Smith really benefitted from having Derick Henry in his prime. He was terrible as a HC in Atlanta. I’ll hope for the best but still worry that we could have and should have gone bigger for this hiring.

And Henry benefitted from having Smith as OC, because he didn't do much before Smith called the plays, Smith also had Tannehill throw 55 TDs in 2019-20.

The problem with waiting is candidates keep taking jobs while you wait and if you dont end up getting the ones you waited for you end up with Sullivan.

And then everyone will say the Steelers did that on purpose.
