Watching ESPN this morning I think the consensus on there is that the rest of the teams should just drop out of the playoffs now and crown the Ravens immediately. And also not only give them the Lombardi right away but put Lamar Jackson in the Hall of Fame by tomorrow and declare him the greatest football player of all time.

About what I expected, I still can't believe what happened
to Philly for about. the last six weeks ??? I have never seen a team
fall this fast and so bad. It is like they have seen a ghost. They have lots
of talent. I am ramped to see if the Bills can shed their nightmare tonight.

Because it's entertainment, just like a movie you watches more than once. You know how it's gonna end, but you watch anyway

 

well no they aren't the same. You watch a movie because off the writing, cinematography, to some extent the actors and actresses. Professional wrestling is truly scripted and not entertaining as there's no actual competition. You're clearly one of those people that does not get the internet. People wonder how someone could get catfished

 

This is how wrestling got busted for being fake. Someone in the media ran the wrestling results a day early in the paper and they were busted for being fake.

Now, we have someone in the media running the results a week early for the Super Bowl.

its been well documented for decades wrestling is fake. I actually know someone that works for one of the pro wrestling leagues and tells people the scripts

 

That is a true story about the wrestling match results being published a day early. Sports sections in news papers used to have the results of wrestling matches in them like all other sports.

This is what I remember hearing about; I guess it wasn't a day early, just results from an event that was cancelled.

1930s: A sports writer who was trying to get his work done quickly asked the local promoter for the results of his card that night to put it in the paper. The promoter gives the result, but a severe storm that night forced the card to be cancelled- yet the results still were reported. (This may have been apocryphal, but many claim it occurred.) This was seen as the moment of wrestling being fake.

 

Well Brice I can tell you my grandparents were going to wrestling matches before then and knew it was fake.

 

I wasn't trying to answer the question. I'm just amazed at these theories and wonder the same thing.
