I like Trubiskys game especially the fading off balanced back foot throw.

I really do feel sorry for you. People try to be helpful and supportive and you get all butthurt. It’s a truly sad to see someone so incredibly miserable when there is such an easy way out for them. C’est la vie. Maybe one day you’ll figure it out.

I don't know how the Bears made the playoffs with Trubisky as the starting QB .

Cap hit would indicate probably not. 7,556 mill hit, 4.613 mill dead cap to cut. But I understand what your saying and it still might be a possibility. That's why I said a Dobb's type might be it. Tomlin said their would be competition but he has bent the truth before. We shall see.

Again. The Steelers “have ruined your life” so stop watching. Go be ****ing happy. Good lord man it isn’t that difficult. You’re not a junkie. Move on. If you don’t like the view change your location as the location isn’t going to change.

I sure has heck wouldn't stay. If Mason gets a decent offer with a team that he feels gives him at least a legitimate shot then RUN! I hate to see him stay and have Kenny start (but that's what will happen).

"Hey, if Kenny sucks then you can go in, but even with that you wont gain our trust as next year we will evaluate the position again."

They did have the number one defense in points allowed that first year. 2017? Was pretty stout.

You hit it on the head. I stated previously that I read an article last year stating one reason Mason was bumped to QB3 was because he was a different QB than Mitch and Kenny. Of the two, Mitch presented no threat to Kenny's progression to QB1 status. This was evident during the first few games of the 2022 season as Mitch played looking over his shoulder and did not take chances. Sadly, a QB2 you would expect to be more prepared than he was this year, let alone a QB3 come in the game and show up big time.

The first part is true. They might even let Mason walk to not have the fans calling for him every time Pickett stalls a drive out (based off past history, this will happen early and often).

If Kenny's ego is truly this fragile, he will never be the guy. Even if he got way better in the offseason. I think calls for his job will be loud and clear pretty early on if Kenny continues to play like he has.

I fear your last statement. Not that I feel that Mason is a bona fide starter in this league that needs to be given the chance, but because they will want to find someone that is a "more clear" #2 that wont push Kenny out of his job week 1. Hope I am wrong, but this seems like something this franchise would do.

Bringing Mitch back is not a winning team’s move. Steelers need real insurance behind an injury riddled KP. If you’re a real Steelers fan you would agree with that.

Here's my prediction. KP is gonna cripple this franchise for another 2-5 years. He's not good enough, and not bad enough.

You'll hear 'Oh, but wait, you haven't seen him with a real OC yet. Yes, I understand that MT has to sign off on all play designs, and calls, but it's all Canada's fault. '

And we'll have to hear about how he wins games. He doesn't turn the ball over, and he's got that 4th qtr magic. 'Did you know that he only threw 5 picks? Just like CJ Stroud.'

    We'll limp through another 9-8 season. He'll throw for 3000 yards 11 TD's/ 5 INT's. If we're lucky, another Wilcard loss.

Tomlin will be spouting his nonsense "Certainly, certainly, KP has room to improve. There's plenty of meat left on that bone. We're certainly happy with where he is from a developmental standpoint. We had another winning season, what do you guys want? This is a tough business. Can we improve? Certainly, certainly! And we're gonna continue moving forward. We don't run from our fears. We run to them."

They'll draft Tee Martin to bring in "competition" for Pickett. Showing that they're trying to improve.

The big moment will be when they pick up his 5th year option. He'll only be 28 at the start of his 5th season. Just a baby. Hopefully, by then, he'll be at the level of Gardner Minshew.

I really, really hope I'm dead wrong.
