Steelers get a short week.

Just saw that. Even more likely the Ravens rest some starters now.

 

Maybe, maybe play it like preseason. Give the starters a quarter or two since they're going to have over 2 weeks off now.

 

Not great with the travel, but both teams have the short week. At least that gives them a little more rest for the first playoff game if they manage to sneak in.

 

The Ravens also played the Monday before against the 49ers in a very physical game, so it will be 2 short weeks in a row for the Ravens.

 

Saturday at 1:30 ugh, I hope I don't have to work.

I like the fact that it is the first game on Saturday, so after the Steelers Win someone will be able to tell me what has to happen for the Steelers to make the Playoffs.

I am still a little confused on what needs to happen after a Steeler win on Saturday.

 

One of three things must happen:

1. Bills lose to the Dolphins.
2. The Jaguars lose to the Titans.
3. The Colts and Texans tie.

 

Well at least we know for sure we will all see the game this time, LOL.

 

Gonna be a long 24-27 hours of waiting if the Steelers win in Baltimore on Saturday to see if the Steelers get in or not having to potentially wait until the end of the Bills Dolphins game Sunday night to see whether they get in or not if the Jags don’t lose in Tennessee at 1 o clock. It will be fun to keep an eye on though like always and see how everything plays out.

 

The Steelers can also make the playoffs with a loss in Baltimore if the Jaguars lose and the Broncos win vs Raiders!

 

They won’t be eliminated with a loss in Baltimore on Saturday; however, I don’t see the scenario playing out Sunday where the Jags lose and Denver wins in Vegas. The best scenario for the Steelers is to win in Baltimore and hope the Jags lose in Tenn or the Bills lose in Miami Sunday night.

 

I don't see the Bills losing to Miami.

The Bills crushed them earlier in the year. For all the complaining about the Ravens running it up, the Dolphins were even dumber because they played their players in a garbage time when they have a more important game next week than the Ravens. Chubb is done, Tua is banged up now and I don't see the Dolphins winning. If Dallas hadn't collapsed vs the Dolphins last week, the Steelers would be in with a win on Saturday.

Much like last year, Steelers aren't going to get the help they'll need. Jags and Dolphins are both a mess, but the Steelers losing to the Pats, Cards, Browns with DTR and Colts will be the reason they're out not because the Titans or Dolphins don't win Sunday.

 

The game were in Buffalo,now this will be in Miami....Buffalo are not a good road team(3-4 overall vs 7-1 at home for the dolphins) and no easy for a team like Buffalo to play in the hot in Miami in January

 

I am living in my fears!

 

Good its a TV game.

 

And yet the Bills are favored.

4:30 Saturday is my new favorite time for Steeler football. We win Sunday takes on a whole new meaning.

 

Well if we win I'd stay wide awake for night game but since it has to be a tie I'm saying that one is not going our way. I actually like are chances with other two. I'm not sure how meaningful the games will be for those 4 teams. I hope Bills game is meaningless for them. IMO that is are best shot.

 

I like it, am busy on Sunday, but now I can watch!

 

I think our best hope is no. 1.
