If Tomlin had Only Look Flacco way

Flacco is allowed to let it rip. Pickett and Mitch were not. Keep it close to the vest don't make any mistakes. Now Tomlins streak is in jepardy so he's going with high flying Mason.

Flacco is on a flukey hot streak, we have seen it before. Those downfield throws that are connecting right now will turn in to picks eventually as defences adjust and he will be back on the bench, but credit Stefanski for getting this level of play from him for now.

The only benefit that the Steelers may have accrued from signing him is that he wouldn’t now be on the Browns. It may have been worth signing him for that alone.

 

But this time could come only next year

 

Would not be surprised to see him have a stinker in the playoffs as they start coming up against better teams. We will see

 

While I agree with you, ARII is mesmerized by the no losing seasons from Tomlin. Cowher had a stretch from 1998-2000, but Tomlin's stretch from 2017-2023 is worse when factoring the playoff blowouts and the pitiful 3 week stretch of Arizona, New England, and Indy.

 

Flacco is in a good system in Cleveland. Unfortunately due to the loyalty to Canada out offensive system sucks. I’m not sure how much he would have helped. I think we all need to see how everything pans out with hopefully a true offensive nfl coordinator before we can truly evaluate QB play.

 

I would bet money right now... if He is not injured....., and the Steelers let him go...He will be picked up very quickly. LTs don't grow on trees, and some of His problems have been Qb play. He's not awesome, but He's not near as bad as some make out. I can't count on how many times He has done His job, and the Qb drift, or rolls into the guy He's push up field, and people will yell.....bad Moore. LoL. Let not forget how much trouble the Bengals FA high dollar LT they brought in was having against Highsmith last week. They are not walls....they are men, and some are lower on Him then He actually is.

 

Because of He's just a little bit better....that's a bad move.

That's not exactly true. If any watched Him with the Jets....He was the only Qb that looked good with the Jets, but when You spend draft capital on a Qb they play.....we are not the only team that does this....as I have tried pointing out before. Flacco with the Jets had 17 tds, and 6 ints. That's about how He is doing now..
Guys with higher FA money, and High Draft capital get more chances.....We are not the only team in the NFL that does this....they mostly all do. That's why Flacco with 17 td, and 6ints...on the Jets kept getting bench for a suck a$$ rookie.
