Agreed on both counts. Even though they are better off losing at this point, once the game starts, I'll be rooting for them to win. Rudolph is going to have to play well to make that happen.

Don't forget about Mason's favorite downfield target Calvin Austin!

I am hoping to see more of Calvin Austin on the field playing offense, rather than sitting on the bench watching the team play. I think Mason and Austin should be on the same page as having spent so much time together on the scout team.

Just don’t handcuff him like every other backup that came in for Ben.
They chose to play scared and use one page of the Playbook.

    Nothing to be lost here!

Fake punts, go for 2, 4th down go for it, onside kicks, block punts…..everything.

    You’re all getting fired anyway.

I cannot find the FB feed that came through my page this morning, so I can't say who it was from. But it gave a list of all the accomplishments of MT, the career wins, non-losing seasons, then it spieled out playoff successes yes 2 SB's with one win, AFC championship games, but failed to mention that the team has not has a playoff win in ages, and for the last 5 plus years this team has really not been competitive. I can handle an off year, even a couple, but when you team in not competitive, when the wheels fall off and you are going no where...lose the ego and pack your bag.

I will be surprised if Rudolph makes it through the entire game without being injured.

Maybe he meant “guiding the slaying”.

This may not be what you saw, but if you can stand the Dickens puns, a good analysis of MT's career and the downfall of the last bunch of years -

If Mason has a really good game, add that to the list of reasons why Tomlin should be fired. Why was Mitch the #1 back up? His salary? It certainly wasn't his skill. Maybe Im alone in this but I have little doubt Mason will do a better job than Mitch. 300+yards ? I doubt that but better than Mitch? Shouldn't be too difficult.

It means we are slowly becoming the Browns and looking forward to the draft more than the Playoffs.

Same here. I kept calling for Tomlin to be fired after the loss to Patriots in AFC Championship in January of '17 and was ridiculed and mocked for it.

They are going to throw so many blitzes at Mason and the line. Team will fold. Can't handle it and can't adjust.

    Mason will be throttled.

Me too. One of my concerns with Rudolph is his pocket presence and we saw that with the last sack. He seemed to step into the pressure instead of moving away from it.

That was not the article, the one I saw was actually trying to promote MT in these wavering times lol. I truly have no idea how Art will go on all this, I really do not care how they play these last 3 games, if you cannot see how bad things have gotten (especially the last few years) and can't make a decision, then we deserve the hell we are watching.
