Sounds amazing. Had a raw oyster bar for my wedding a few years ago. Best money I ever spent. I LOVE raw oysters haha

In November? Are you attending a Guns 'n Roses video shoot?

New every week. It's worth it. Then I can eat it for a few days after, and in different ways. I hate wasting anything.

On another thread, some folks were debating whether Devin Bush was worth trading for a roast beef sandwich. I'm planning on Arby's tomorrow myself.

Vegetarian chicken parmesan, with garlic, mushroom, and goat cheese. Peas and mashed potatoes. Kentucky Bourbon coffee. May have egg nog and rum, a rare case of me actually consuming alcohol.

That reminds me, you asked me about this once:

The scrapple that's popular in PA and Delaware Valley. It's basically the remains of the pig that's affectionately known as "everything but the ass****". The head, heart, liver, trimmings, etc. all thrown in a vat and boiled down, bones removed, flour and spices added. It's typically browned or fried and served as a side with breakfast or as a sandwich.

Guy offered me one of his oysters once and I turned my nose up at it. He told me it will improve my sex life. I told him I'd rather be celibate then eat that slimy disgusting creature.

I even got disgusted when a blind girl was eating them to survive in a movie on Netflix. All The Light We Cannot See, movie well done but the book kicked ass!!

I hope that by February you are so sick of chili that you refuse to ever eat it again.

Today will be a meatball grinder (aka hoagie or sub). Not homemade, but from a local pizza joint that does killer grinders. It will be meatballs on half a loaf of fresh Italian bread with sauce and melted mozzarella. Some salad on the side so that I can pretend that I’m eating healthy.

On the oyster thing…. It’s funny how many people I’ve met that will eat raw, slimy, boogery oysters, but wince at the thought of eating sushi. I love sushi, but the thought of sucking down a slimy raw oyster makes me sick.

I cracked my first beer at 6 a.m....to pour over a pork roast in the slow cooker for today's feast.
    And beer.

I like the broth from oyster stew but when I’m done the oysters are still in the bottom of the bowl

I had a dog that did the same think with peas if I put leftover stew on his food the peas would be licked clean and sitting in the bottom of the bowl

Sunday roast. Was gonna keep it calm on the drinking after a lively Saturday but might have to break one or two open for the 4th quarter.
